The toilets did not work in the room except for a few times while we were there. And management was able to fix them. It was a horrible experience we had to walk all the way 800 feet down the hall to use the bathrooms. And the phones didn’t work in the room either. it was not a good experience at all

Closeness to Tulip Festival
For the price We expected a much better breakfast. The staff did not keep it supplied, sausage meat tasted cheap cardboard, eggs were not the best, fresh yogurt with granola would be great. Also we expected bed to be made and new towels on the second day, we were not told that would not occur.

The check-in was a little rough because they didn’t follow the instructions that I gave them about a conjoined room. When we arrived at 3:30 the room wasn’t clean. I’m Check In Staff had an attitude and seem to be rushed and not knowing what they were doing

This was a good place for us to stay. The only problem we had was the bed was firmer than I like but my husband enjoyed it and it breakfast was great but the service needed work. Other than that, is was great! Very quiet too.

It’s just what you expect, an older hotel with no frills but it is very clean and comfortable to stay

Easy check in and breakfast staff was great with accommodating for my daughter's egg allergy. Room was clean except I believe they just painted as our room smelled like fresh paint 😞 and we had a baby with us. Room had a Roku which was nice for the kids.

Looks like the newly renovated the rooms. There were a few spots in the bathroom that could use some renovations still. The pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast wasn't terrible. Beds were comfy.

My stay was a place to sleep not good for the price a motel 6 is just as good, the first morning they had no eggs and it was 815am the second morning they didn’t hay syrup no gravy they said they didn’t have time to buy, my tub didn’t drain well the cleaners left dirty towels, I requested to clean my room and they left the tub dirty and the sink dirty, the people are friendly no doubt.
