Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

We had a fabulous breakfast buffet with a good variety and fresh healthy choices. The hotel is located near a tram line, a train station, shopping high street and many restaurant options, making it a convenient place from which to explore Oslo. The staff were super friendly, greeting guests every time we walked through the lobby. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

One of the most amazing hotels . Loved the decor and the amenities and comfort definitely worth the money . Ideally located , high speed wifi and great breakfast and the best friendly staff at the reception .

Fint, sentral beliggenhet. Litt kaldt på rommet når vi kom, men bedre i løpet av natta. Anbefaler hotellet.
