The room was great. The beds are comfy. The view is amazing. Room service breakfast was disgusting. Cardboard box, ice cold and dry waffles. I won’t eat here again.

The location was amazing but the property could stand a bit of renewal. What really stood out was the kindliness and honesty of the staff. They were very good!

The floor in our room was filthy. When I tried cleaning a small spill using a face cloth I was astonished at how dirty the floor was. This is why we don’t walk barefooted in hotel rooms I guess.

The huge mirror and sink in the room is great for my wife. Would have prefer to include breakfast like Coast Hotel next door. Should have given us 3 sets of towels instead of 2 as the Hotel is aware that there are 3 of us.

We liked thay it was walking distance to anywhere in town with beach access. Having the restaurant in the hotel was great. We were not too happy with quality of wifi, it was very very spotty

Pros:
Milleth was amazing, giving above and beyond service throughout our stay. I was so impressed!
Location was amazing, beach was gorgeous and accessible on both sides of the hotel. The jetski rentals, etc, very convenient. We were also within walking distance of the Wibit which our kids loved.
Balcony was pleasant.
Rooms were clean.
Hotel was clean.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The included vouchers for full made-to-order breakfast were definitely a value-added bonus! The meals were delicious.
Cons:
The room was sp****ly stocked and we needed to ask for additional coffee, soap, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kitchenette was stocked in a haphazard manner which made cooking a struggle, but we persevered as we prefer to make our own meals when travelling. The BBQ area was lovely, but BBQs didn't work great and/or were out of propane.
The restaurant was sporadic. One day we felt like we were treated amazingly well and gave a big tip reflecting our pleasure. The next day we were there literally two hours, waiting to be asked for our order and then waiting a very LONG time for the food. We ended up ordering to pick-up after that as we didn't want to waste precious time waiting in a restaurant when the outdoors was so lovely.
Overall, we would certainly stay here again, but would pack our own kitchen items!

Either side of the hotel you stay on, you have lake views - this was awesome.
Extremely central, so walking in any direction is perfect.
4 Star overall rating because one of the days, room service skipped my room! The remaining days of my stay, I didn't necessarily require room service/cleaning after this particular day, so I easily got a few towels delivered to me ASAP, and I was golden from there. The staff I encountered were all exquisite with their customer service.
Following this, I found the gym equipment very limited - this is a niche opinion, however.
