have stayed several times this year and as always perfect from start to finnish especially the staff who always have a smile and take time to talk with you thanks to the boss (Alex) for the wonderful and thoughtfull birthday gifts for my wife and i we look forward to seeing you all again in the near future

Having previously stayed in Ostend twice, our previous two choices of accommodation did not seem appealing. We chose Ostend Hotel for its location, parking, bike storage and recently refurbished rooms and weren’t disappointed. Staff were very friendly, the secure bike storage was plentiful and parking spaces felt secure (reserve in advance). Deluxe room was large with great aircon, a fridge, comfy beds and a huge shower. Breakfast was an added bonus and whilst there wasn’t a huge choice it was enough to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. We chose the bed and breakfast package and decided to eat out. Would recommend nearby restaurants Eclips, Bajatzu, Den Arteist, and El Greco, and I would probably recommend to book in advance. Also enjoyed a vast beer selection in Cafe Botteltje.

Nice hotel, with friendly employees. The breakfast was well, only the Bread was a little bit dry. Nice and clean room and a good bed. The shower was nice. The location is fine. Overall a good experience! A good hotel for my next visit in Oostende.

Not a lot to add apart from the goid reviews written .A very plesant peaceful ckmfkrtable stay .Staff attentatjve ,great bar at good prices .Wonderful breakfast in great location .Good secure parking .Although very large very friendly .Beds very comfy providing a good nights sleep .

A family hotel, but also suitable for the single traveller. The room was clean and had basic amenities. Electric kettle with coffee/tea and a small fridge. The shower was plenty spacious. A safe is also provided. I had a room with a single person bed and was really ok. Breakfast was a buffet. Enough food and drinks available. Enough places to sit down. Small personal remark, because it is a family hotel, it was very noisy.

Very nice hôtel not far from the sea and center. Nice for the all family. The breakfast was a wonder with a lot a choice. Kamer easy with childers. Very friendly people and helpfull and the bar is a must. If you looking for a good Price/quality hôtel for the all family than you need to choice for this one.

I loved my first (and certainly not the last) stay in that hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. I discovered an extra sweet white wine (Douglas Green Sun kissed wine) and I loved their soup (me who hates soup!). The most important ... It was the first time in 33 years that I was able to sleep wonderfully well for 2 nights in a row thanks to their excellent bedding. I thank the receptionist (I don't reminder his name but he was so kind to me) and Alexander Piers, the manager, for their excellent management. See you again in some months :-)

we are repeat guest for a good reason not only is the hotel well located by we cannot praise the hotel staff enough they are professional,welcoming,always have a moment to talk to you with a smile especially a big thanks to the head chef as he prepares for me meals due to some allergys and wow so delicious a big thank you to all see you in May

Top hotel! Top Location! Almost on the beach and only 500m from the main shopping street. Super friendly staff, nothing is to much for them. You feel at home the moment you walk in. Rooms perfect , lots of room, nice bathroom with walk-inn shower. Everything perfect available for People with rollchair. Nice cosy bar with delicious cocktails, beers and soda's. Breakfast to much choise wich gives you stress because you impossible can taste everything. Diner the same, lots of choises and again very friendly staff. Room to park your e-bikes and car parking place at the hotel ( even to load your Electric car?). They thougjt about everything to give you a careless stay in Ostend. Even a nice inboorlingen playground for Kids. You have to go and see! We surely will go back when we visit Ostend again.
