The staff from Tucker to Ben were amazing. Every ask was handled in a friendly professional manner. They anticipated other needs and followed thru on those items as well.
A great experience at a difficult time.

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area with plenty of restaurants near by. Breakfast was very good with many options.

I stay at this Best Western a few days a month. Everything is always awesome but my last stay Oswego received a lot of snow and for the fist day and a half the parking lot was treacherous. Someone came out the second evening but by then it was too late. I had 4 wheel drive so I wasn't really worried about it but there were plenty of folks that didn't have 4 wheel drive. The front end staff was awesome and so was the room cleaners.

The staff was very friendly, affordable prices, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: We could heard the noise from other guest room's.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. The pool was undergoing repairs so that was the only downside. The breakfast was good and the staff was so helpful. Hats off to Ben who saved us (I reserved the wrong day!) and continued to provide kind service during our two night stay. Will definitely return.

The hotel is really clean breakfast is amazing just couple things
The filter of the ac wasn’t clean and they never open the pool I was there for 5 day and one of razón I rent a room there is because the property got pool
