Amazing customer service, we only stayed one night but definitely impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely hotel only a short walk into the town and harbour where there's a good choice of restaurants. Our room was large and on a corner. Our balcony, although not very wide, wrapped around two sides of the room so we had views over the pool and towards the sea. The bar area inside in nice but the outside area is even better! As with all hotels the breakfast buffet was very busy with queues for the coffee machines. The choice was adequate. The evening meal was quite good with excellent service. We stayed in 3 different hotels as we toured around the area and this was the best one.

I’ll start with the pros: excellent location, breakfast was good with some pastries and some meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit. Pool was big and the bartenders and thé breakfast staff were great and very friendly. Hotel was clean and parking was free and easy right in front of the hotel Cons- beds were rock hard, pillows were very limp. Stayed three nights here and had horrible sleep. The air con was hardly working and it was very hot in the room, barely blowing out air. The fridge was also not working well and warm at best. We called down for an iron and never got one. The room lacked a coffee maker or tea kettle and it was supposed to come with robes and slippers. The room was minimal and bare. To top everything the front desk staff was miserable and rude. Didn’t seem to want to help or say hello or goodbye upon entering or even smile. Did not make our stay enjoyable. Probably would look elsewhere to stay next Time

Quickly checked in by helpful staff. Key card didn't work had to use a traditional key. Air con broken, moved rooms. No problems. Missed tea coffee machine but it's Italy. Restaurant food ok but not exciting, breakfast poor. So why 4 stars not less? The staff were great. Thank you Team Vittoria

We had a nice stay at the hotel Vittoria. The location is perfect for the beach, old town and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. The front desk staff are lovely. The hotel feels like it’s used for lots of tours which means breakfast is hardly relaxing and the wait for the coffee machine is painful. My recommendation is to go for breakfast after 8:30 am. The pool is lovely and peaceful (and very clean) and despite *********** warning the pool closed for the season on the 15th it was still open. The rooms are functional but large, our doors didn’t always lock so I’d suggest checking them regularly. The bed was too hard for me so I don’t sleep to well. The Wi-Fi also was not working in the rooms but apparently it was a network issue not the hotel one. The air-con is controlled at the front desk and they kindly turned it down for us. The spa is 30 euros per person for 90 minutes. All in all for what we paid with a great location and pool I think it’s a fair price. Just to note on otranto that it is difficult to reach via public transport when the Salento bus service is not running (it is a summer service only).

We loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly, especially on reception. Our room was large, with two good-sized wardrobes, a safe, toiletries, fridge, and a balcony with drying facilities. Decor is a bit dated but very much in the italian style you find in most hotels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were really high quality. Air conditioning was a bit warm the first night, and you can't change the temperature in the room. However, if you go to reception, they can adjust it for you, and then it was great. The hotel is relaxing and quiet, the pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of beds and chairs but it can get a bit busy later in the afternoon. We ate at the pool bar, the food was simple, a bit slow to come out sometimes but it was really tasty. They also have a good selection of drinks, including proper coffees, beers, wines, and ice cream. The pool was much larger than we expected a good depth all the way along, and you can do a really good length when swimming. Lots of spaces for your car if you have one however, again, it does get busy in the later afternoon. We didn't eat in the restaurant however we did have breakfast, it was a bit basic, the selection of items is good however the quality is not the best we've experienced in Iraly. The hotel is so convenient for the town and beach it is literally a 5 min walk to the promenade with all the restaurants and bars and around 7 mins to the old town. We loved to walk down in the morning and then again at night to watch the sunset, get some drinks, and then dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.

We spent 7 days here last month and it was a fantastic experience all round, the room was a great size and apart from the fridge not working one night everything else was excellent. We had dinner the first night with the Pizzica event which was so enjoyable, the staff were always helpful and special mention to Paolo in Vicky's bar who was so polite and helpful

Great location, 5 mins walk from beach and city centre. Upgraded to extra large room. Hotel extremely clean, outdoor pool a big plus. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Adriana from Matera! We asked for late checkout on our last day - we had evening flight home from Brindisi. The €50 fee was generously waived - grazie mille, we will return.
