Friendly staff with warm welcome. Everything you would want and expect from a stay at a castle. Breakfast was delightful with excellent service. Room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the interaction with the 2 cats who also call Otterburn Castle their home.

A lovely family business with a very warm welcome, amazing breakfast. Only down side was a lumpy mattress.

It's a beautiful, quiet place in the country with wonderful, caring staff. Elly, Alex, and Ivan were great. Our kids loved that they could spend a night in a castle. We also took a lovely walk on the grounds.

Absolutely amazing stay in every way. The staff were all so friendly - Elena was so kind and helpful when checking us in & out, Alex was an amazing server at dinner and was also very polite, and also a thank you to Ivan and Debbie for serving great drinks and making up our room so well. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return as soon as we can. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the front gardens, and the castle overall is simply beautiful and in a very peaceful, quiet location. Really romantic. 10/10, definitely recommend.

Absolute joy staying here! Who wouldn’t want to stay in a castle? But this castle has the best service I’ve had from any hotel. Just has such a wonderfully warm feel around the place and the family are so friendly and attentive!

Staff were incredibly welcoming and after a long day driving it felt like being welcomed home.
Dinner was excellent and the whole property had real character but it was the staff that made it extra special.

Great stay, made welcome from arrival to departure. If you want a quiet weekend away from it all this is the place. Room was large and very clean. We will definitely stay again.

A lovely stay at Otterburn castle hotel . The family that run the hotel do everything they can to make your stay pleasurable . The food is delicious and service wonderful . A lovely experience thank you
