Yo who is giving Atlas 5 stars in the 21st century?? The place is rendered in 3D - the 3 Ds being Dark, Dingy and Dirty. This place was booked as a last minute thing to cover an accommodation mishap but the place wasn't fully occupied (as far as I can tell) and they gave us a room that was pretty gross - and for £80 odd too. Avoid, fam, avoid. Also #freepalestine TripAdvisor

Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!

The building was dirty.
The staff were helpful and changed it.

In general, it was okay, the receptionist Hanan she was professional. We might come back when things get better someday, we had a little drink next to the pool. And for my opinion, they should demneu the clor or the PH OR THE PH+

Me and my family had a wonderful 2 nights in the hotel receptionists were warm and knew how to talk in English we injoyed a delicious breakfast and a wonderful dinner there and the pool was nice and i got a tan next to it over all an amazing experience can't wait to be back

New Year’s Day 2020 (before Covid) as I was checking in, a gentleman came up behind me and started talking to me. Turns out that he was the GM Amine Berrada, who has since coordinated several of my stays at Atlas facilities all over Morocco: Al Hicimos, Chefchaouen, Tangier, Vichy Celestins in Bouznika, Atlas Sky at CMN. Because of Amine, who is now in Tangier, I have had such marvelous experiences that I plan to always look for Atlas locations wherever I stay in Morocco. Because of Amine I stayed at various Atlas locations on my recent Morocco trip from 4-27 June 2031. If Covid does not spike, I plan to go back this year.
