Shower is moldy. Bathroom floor filthy. Grout is gross. White stain on hair drier bag ??? Bodily fluid ?? Elevators dirty

The room was comfortable and expect a friendly check in.
You don't need documentation to be a resident in the State of Maine but you need to show your driver's license if you plan to use the bathroom adjacent to the lobby.

The staff at their restaurant was very pleasant and the food was good, a little pricey though.

I would say 65 percent of the employees are grumpy. Very snappy and seem like they can’t be bothered with questions when asking about games. I don’t gamble much so needed a little fresher on a couple games. Besides that everything was good

Hotel is in the ****** so it is super convenient; you don’t need to go outside or travel to get to your room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was large, comfortable, modern and clean. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was top-notch! Noise level was quiet for a ******! Friendly staff and well-tended. A great stay overall!

There is no room service for clean towels or to refresh your room. The staff was less then friendly ..and what we booked for a queen size beds .were more like full size beds .you could not sleep two people in those bed comfortably
The ****** staff was great .the hotel staff were far from nice

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower already which was nice. It would be helpful to have towel racks near/in the shower. We would stay here again.
