Hotel Lal Kothi Pahalgam

I want cancel my room behalf of medical ground my finger fractured. I submitted related document. .

Terrible room, linen dirty, had to have it changed, would not recommend, only at last resort.

Horrible stay. Lalothi pahalgam. Would request travelers not to stay in these poor hotels. Always prefer good brands. Geyser was not working. Flush was not operational. No electricity power the whole night. Poor maintenance of rooms. Poor service of staff. No human grounds of hotel staff as how the travelers will spend their night in -3 degrees, no hot water for batch. Imagine a life away from home at -3 degree with no amenities. my submiasion here with travelers is tonopah only good breaded hotels only in these remote areas. Once again a poor stay and sheer waste of money.

I stayed here for 1 day during my pahalgam visit. Location is very good. Room is good but not maintained well though all the facilities were there like room heating, hot water etc.

The property is not worth 1k rupees unclean toilet, no tv, no electricity everything mentioned is incorrect.

Experience was good. Special mention of mr. Ashiq for his courtesy and hospitality. He was prompt to resolve our concern and in no time he acted upon our concern and provided an alternative. Overall staff attitude was good and helpful. The property's central location in pahalgam makes it convenient for going around the market. Breakfast menu could have been better with a display of food to choose from. Because of table service and no written display of menu we did not know what's coming to the table and had to return an item. Door locks need to upgrade in neatness the rooms were clean and tidy to satisfaction. For budget stay it is ideal

I stayed for a night at lal kothi cottage. Overall it was a good experience. The staff was very nice and polite.

Nothing was hygienic, in photos it looks decent but in reality uhhhh. Bedsheets looks like never washed, worst bathroom, smelly room, complete money waste, booked 5 rooms of hotel for 3 days, had to left hotel a day before.

Overall it is a normal hotel for stay. Our family suite having two big beds were enough to accommodate 4 people. But space placing of luggage was not enough in proportion to luggage of 4 people. In my opinion it is not value for money. Charges are high with respect to level of hotel. However, main plus point is that it is near to taxi stand, market and horse riding facility available nearby.
