- It's basically a lodge or Maximum we can say it as a homestay not a hotel, with one caretaker. One or two rooms with one common room. - No proper power backup, generator work only from 6 pm to 11 pm. Place is frequented by power cuts, so you may be shivering in cold if power goes off in the night. With kids, nightmare - Geyser takes lot of time and don't work properly, best you can get is lukewarm water - Food isn't good nor is the quantity, can't expect more from a single caretaker, who ***ages everything - tv don't work, some issue in electrical circuit, light turns on automatically in the night ( I hope and believe it's not ghost) - The caretaker isn't a very supportive guy and will bluntly say No to normal things that are expected in a hotel which they are unable to provide

It was pleasure staying in this hotel. Hotel location is not good . Water bottle charges are beyond MRP

Pretty property with superub view my another tour to pahalgam lovely stay I would like to mention that thing the staff is so helpful and friendly food is delicious rooms are so pretty and awesome enjoyed our stay thanks for great hospitality and amazing service

I booked this cottage reading reviews on tripadvisor & I was hugely disappointed. its a simple basic amenity cottage with the caretaker disappearing from the site on his whims & fancy. Even coffee was not available on the 1st day. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent stay. Clean and hygienic. Beautiful view from the lawn. Very helpful and friendly host. The restaurant food is awesome. The owner can arrange for cars for local site seeings. Special requests like Kashmiri kawa or namkeen chay are also entertained.
