Excellent view of mountains and river. It’s on the bank of river and right in the market. Very serene. Good food. Polite & well behaved staff. Hotel has a very nice lawn for sit-out. Old property. Poorly maintained. Somewhat run down. Lift isn’t available. The worst experience at check out. Every staff member chased us for tips. Many of them we never saw during our stay.

There’s no electricity at all, they don’t have any power backup. Moreover the staff was very greedy for tips

Hotel is good. Location is gr8. Need to upgrade room furniture and bathroom. Restaurant food is amazing.

Staff were very bad every second directly asking for tip also there were no professionalism ……please please please don’t choose this hotel….

Staff was helpful and polite. Everything was clean and hygienic. Views from room were to die for. Breakfast buffet changed daily and included a variety.

Location is fabulous. Cleanliness ok. Issue is temp in the room. It's hot in the room. Toilet could be cleaner. Response time is good. Food good

The stay was good. The view was great. The rooms could be more cleaner. Food could be better. Staff was nice as well. I would give it 3. 5 stars out of 5

Good spacious room but needs maintenance, location is fantastic, service is super slow and average food but special mention to restaurant service guy ajaz who gave all the hospitality and was really nice to us
