The property is on a lovely location. Beautiful and Serene. The hotel staff is very very helpful and super friendly. Special mention of Mr.Rashid & Mr.Lateef who took extra care of us in the entire stay. Other member staff were also superb when you are taking or meals or any other things. The General Manager is quite hospitable himself which makes the guests feel at home.

If you are ever travelling to the valley, visiting/staying in this ITC property should be on your list. Enough has been said about the rooms and the property in various reviews, but what stands out is the impeccable service at the hotel. It’s exactly how a hotel should be run, behind the scenes without letting the same get into the way of the guests. A special shout out to the Chef from Kerala who’s name I’m missing, who’s pleasant smile will greet you at the morning buffet and will take care of your dietary needs if any, Lateef in their Resturant and Driver Danish who made the long drives absolutely pleasant P.S. the two dishes that stood out on the menu were the Roganjosh and the meat biryani. Don’t leave this place without trying both.

Property is good , service is excellent and staff is very courteous and helpful. Food quality is exceptional , variety and spread is amazing and bonfire Barbeque dinner was one of the best .. Worth an experience and I recommend this hotel for its service and food .

Welcome hotels by ITC Pine n Peak is at a great location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with great view and very comfortable. The food was very delicious and the service was top- notch. Thorougly enjoyed our stay.

Went for Dinner basis recommendation of my friend and absolutely loved the Kashmiri delicacy. The location and the set up made the experience memorable but what stood out was the warm hospitality. I was in touch with Sabzar from the front desk and he ensured a great reception. Would highly recommend the property and food. Keep up the good work

What a peaceful experience from the moment we arrived until 2 days later. Everyone but especially the dining staff were so nice and professional. Bright, smiling faces greeted us everywhere we went throughout the hotel and the grounds. Nestled so tightly into a pine forest with the most beautiful landscape to admire. The weather was perfect to relax in the late afternoon with a cup of tea and a good book…. Also, the food was really good and all these beautiful faces helped us select wonderful local dishes! This is little piece of paradise with views you will never see again. Very nice place to visit and to even bring a family. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The restaurant in Pine N Peak lives up to all our expectations. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff are always there to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. To name few Fayaz, chef Santosh always looked after us at each meal. Cherished every meal not just for its taste but also the excellent hospitality.

This property grew on us within 1 day of our stay. We totally loved the stay and our time spent in gorgeous Pahalgam. The property is very warm and welcoming . The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with gorgeous views. We enjoyed our evenings in the hotel's lawns by the stream and in the night you could enjoy the silence and the soothing sounds of the nature. Cafe Willo is just across the stream from ITC and they have shuttle service to the cafe. It is a must visit cafe to enjoy the food/ drinks and the close proximity to the stream. A special thanks to the head chef who prepared the Kashmiri Wazwan meal for us with so much love and affection. We really enjoyed our time here and God willing would love to return back to this beautiful place in future.

The entire team was very Helpful specially Mr Shoaib Front office, Mr Shaukat Manager F&B, Mr Mansurbhai in the coffee shop. Mr Mehtaj, and the entire team in the garden area serving us barbeque in the gazebo. The view of the mountain peaks from the garden view points were breathtaking. Definitely would love to come back
