We came here for our honey moon. The villa was beautifully decorated with a warm reception by the staff . Everyone if so helpful and polite . The atmosphere is very relaxing and the villas are beautiful. Highly recommend. One of the best resorts in Zanzibar

Unbelieably great experience. 5 star service and accomodations. Immaculate rooms, grounds, and beach, and so affordable. You'd pay 3x anywhere else for this experience. The staff were the icing on the cake. So friendly, helpful, and nothing was out of the question. Lots of professional security guards - felt very safe and looked after. Loved it here!

Most wonderful resort: 22 villas in a beautiful tropical garden. Every hour of our stay was perfect thanks to the caring staff. The F&B Service was excellent: great half board, well designed dinner, excellent beverage choices at reasonable price.

We stayed there for 6 days. It was one of our best stays ! Awesome service there ! All waiters are so friendly ! The waiter Oswin took care of us very well and so we had a good time with awesome food and good service ! All rooms are nice, clean and the atmosphere is very familiar. They just can improve, that all waiters getting more information about the ingredients of the menu because of allergies. Kitesurfing is close - and lots of more cool activities. Nice beach. Spa is very good as well.

Had an amazing time at Kisiwa! The view of the India ocean is so refreshing. Everyday I looked forward to sitting on beach to hear the ocean waves. I highly recommend trying out one of the spa services. Their service is so amazing! An awesome experience you will not regret.

A nice boutique hotel with a wonderful garden, nice location away from noise, very friendly service. BUT 1) very inconvenient way of breakfast organising. We has to wait for 30 minutes to be served. Very limited buffet. Very small choice of fruits. On the mango and banana island there were no bananas and fresh mango. Once we were served rotten mongo. It seems that the management is saving on food. Very low quality cuisine and provision. 2) the bar is always empty because the prices are ridiculous. A cheap low quality wine is sold for 60$ minimum. The local beer - 8$ PLUS 15% tax. Thus, 10$ for a local beer is absurdity and disrespectful. So we went every evening to a very cosy place 30 meters away on the same beach - Kivali resort - where the same beer is served for 3$ and NO tax. Thus, I think the management is saving on wrong things and losing their clients.

The hotel is meticulously maintained and the service is excellent. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful, and the spa was just phenomenal. I had the body scrub with massage. My skin was left very moisturized and smooth for days. When I visited in September, Kisiwa was beautifully serene. Truly a must visit. I will be returning!

Wonderful stay at Kisiwa on the beach, the location is great, super professional staff which is very dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as it could be! The food is delicious and they have a different menu everyday. You feel extremely appreciated as a guest and we’re lucky to have come across this place! In the end we wished to have stayed here longer, as we enjoyed it so much!

This was the perfect ending to our trip to Tanzania. The property is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and full. At meals, the food was delicious and our personal waiter, Fahad, made us feel welcome and attended to our every need, from making sure our drinks were never empty and our food was to our liking, and he always greeted us with kind words and a smile each morning and night.
