when we arrived at the hotel, it was 90° outside. Our room was at 87°. After like an hour we requested a fan at when we turn the air conditioning on after two or three hours. I realize that the air isn’t working correctly in contacting the front desk. They sent a technician up and said he could not fix it. That was the last that we saw of anyone we asked for a different room, but they didn’t have one in the air. Finally came on around 1 o’clock in the morning reported it to the front end and really didn’t care.

Very clean but very noisy. I booked though ******* but they didn’t give me the rate I booked. People above us walked the floor alnight and the water pipes through the wall ran alnight.

The friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff was the highlight of our stay.

We've stayed here a few times in the last year and it's always a great stay. The king sized bed was soft and cozy.

This is the ONLY place we stay when we have to come to Chico for medical appointments. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, and the food is great!

As soon as we opened the room door a very clean room smell hit us and we both commented on that.
