We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in November 2023. We think it is a good hotel. This hotel is located in the center of Palermo, just a few minutes' walk to the Massimo Theater and the main shopping street is right next to the hotel. Along this street, you can easily reach the Quatro Canti. In fact, you simply live in the old town of Palermo. Paid parking is 20 euros/night. Weak points: 1. Little choice at breakfast. 2. Only one employee at the reception, so no one can even have time to give tourist information to guests as a concierge. I believe this is a tourist hotel but not a business hotel, so the hotel should offer some concierge-like services at the front desk.

Pros: central location, nice room, very clean, friendly staff Cons: poorly airconditioned room & breakfast far less the standard as compared to other places Overall- reasonable , but one would expect more of a 4* central hotel in the capital of Sicily

Excellent location, quiet and quaint street. Room was spacious and clean. Only negative the room was poorly lit. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful especially at reception. Walking distance to shops and many sights. Would highly recommend this hotel. Parking can be a problem but we were lucky and found free parking close to hotel

Excellent location, nice and spacious rooms. Hairdryer quality and lack of iron were a little disappointing for a 4 star hotel, but all the rest was excellent.

We stayed here 3 nights on a small-group tour to Southern Italy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was well-located for exploring Palermo on foot. We very much enjoyed the bar and the restaurant, where we had an excellent dinner the night of our arrival. The included breakfast buffet was extensive, with lots of yummy baked goods.

This is a 2 star property at best. It’s not updated, the mattress is hard, pillows are flat, the bathtub/shower is a safety hazard. They will not allow children in the pool. ****** all around. You can also hear the neighbors breathe.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Central location and the room was big and very clean. Nice bathroom too. Beds are very good quality and the hotel is quiet so you can get a good night sleep. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff are very good. I would knock a star off due to the spa use policy. I was expecting that we would be able to use the pool.and jacuzzi during our stay. But there is a €30 charge per person to use any of the spa facilities. I think if you stay at the hotel, the guests should be able to use the pool without paying extra
