The host is a very nice man, speaks english well! He asks and gives you all information you need about Palermo, food, customs, tickets.. And serves you free breakfast every morning. Bathroom is privat, but unfortunatelly not always in the sleeping room.

Beautifully renovated and carefully mainted apartment. Very friendly, helpful and communicative host. Excellent air conditioning in the bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet house, close to Liberta str bus stops. If you want to cook for yourself, good to notice that there is a fridge and micro, but no kitchen for guests with dish washing facilities.

Clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. Wonderful host who looked after us, helpful advise re transport and places to see. Very central to city and amazingly quiet compared to other places we stayed. Double glazed wi dows and doors too. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! The experience is really amazing. From a typical southern Italy family, my friend appreciated the fab traditional decorations in the shared space once entering the living room. The room is spacious with two beds. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is clean and well equipped. Gabriele also suggested a very nice dinner place for us which was very delicious! We will be back when visiting Palermo again :)

Olivia’s rooms é uno spazio autentico e unico! La casa di nonna Oliva si apre per ospitare viaggiatori e turisti. Dal gusto classico, difficilmente troverete arredamenti ikea, non potrete certo confonderla con un altro posto al mondo! Gli spazi sono ampi e garantiscono la privacy, nelle stanze si trovano tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno comodo e sentirvi a casa. Gabriele è un host attento e premuroso, con il quale intrattenere piacevoli conversazioni durante la colazione e ricevere consigli su cosa visitare e come spostarsi in città. A due passi da strade commerciali, dal porto e dal giardino Inglese, rende questo spazio di accoglienza come uno dei meglio posizionati della città. Torneremo!

Barely returned from a 2 weeks vacation in Sicily where we stayed at Olivarooms. The B&B is located in a central yet quiet area, just 2 min away from a fancy boulevard (Via della Liberta) that takes you straight to the historical center (approx. 20 min walking). There's also the option of taking the shortcut through the beatufil Giardino Inglese park. On the same Bd. there's the bus station for the airport, Mondello beach or historical center in case walking doesn't suit you. As for the accomodation, the place was spotless and with a rather vintage charm. The rooms are very spacious, high ceiling type and with balcony. The host, Gabriele, is super friendly and willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He was present every morning, helping with breakfast and giving any suggestion or travel advice if you need it. He even took care of our breakfast preference and was buying something salty for us, since the typical italian breakfast is mostly sweet. Cleaning was done daily. All in all it's been a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return here.

Una struttura meravigliosa! Lontano dal caos della città, accogliente, unica! Gabriele, il proprietario, è una persona disponibilissima, affettuosa e attenta a tutti i migliori comfort che una struttura possa offrire. Olivarooms è senza dubbio il punto di riferimento per alloggiare a Palermo. Grazie e alla prossima. Sergio

B&B situato in una bella zona di Palermo da dove ci si puo' spostare con facilità per tutte le direzione. Location pulita ed accogliente, resa ancora più gradevole dal sig. Gabriele, sempre pronto e disponibile. Da consigliare a chi vuol trascorrere qualche giorno senza problemi di pernottamento.

Gabriele est aux petits soins pour vous, et n'hésite pas à vous amener au port si besoin... Je reviendrai chez lui à mon prochain passage à Palerme.
