went to lumia the restaurant which is within the hotel. The rooms are very cosy and the shower pressure is spot on. People are friendly and all the staff speak great english as i don’t speak italian. the breakfast is great - lots of choice. Probably the best homemade cakes i’ve ever had! The hotel is close by to the shops and tourist must visits. i loved the vintage coffee machine in the room! may need to add instructions on how to the machine as i needed to call someone. overall great stay - loved it.

The tiramisu was amazing and i got the recipe! I had a nice spa day with my mum where we enjoyed the sauna and steam room and the jacuzzi or salt bath. The room was comfortable and there was a bath and shower :) The products in the room were from Sicily and luxurious. The location is touristy and safe. Enjoyed being in the courtyard. The morning breakfast was above standard as it had lots of variation and was authentic.

I had an amazing weekend in Sicily, celebrating my birthday in Palermo with friends, and our stay at Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel made it truly unforgettable. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from all the main monuments and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Palermo. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere. We were especially impressed by the enchanting spa, which provided a much-needed escape after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant where we had dinner offered a unique and memorable dining experience, with delicious food and a great ambiance. Everything about our stay was exceptional, from the friendly and attentive staff to the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend Casa Nostra for anyone looking to enjoy a special and luxurious experience in Palermo!

Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed, with luxurious bathrooms that offer the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The spa is a peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. We had an amazing dinner at Lumia Restaurant, the food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. A special thanks to the attentive and friendly staff, who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Fantastic and very helpful staff, thanks Vincenzo and Fabrizio! They have arranged a parking place at the moment we have arrived just by the property for free! This is not really common in Palermo. Breakfasts are plentiful and with great choice. Cakes are home baked. Early check-in have been arranged. While waiting for the room to be cleaned we have been offered a complimentary breakfast. We are coming back!

One of the best Hotels in Italy. Very well positioned to visit the city. It is a unique example of luxury hotels. All the staff is super kind and the level of services is coherent with the level of the hotel. The room was spacious and very well equipped.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and resourceful. The room was very good and spacious. It was exactly the kind of hotel I look for traditional in style and very client focused. Room service arrived very promptly, the breakfast was very good, a good selection and very accommodating.

We spent wonderful days at Casa Nostra Boutique. Everything was just perfect, the staff was wonderful, especially Emiliano at the front desk. Hotel and rooms were beautiful, with a mix of modern and classical. Room was spacious, beds and pillows fantastic. Shower was one of the best we have encountered in a hotel, breakfast was excellent, nothing missing. If I could give this hotel more than 10, I would.
