Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

1. Facility is situated in a very beautiful natural area. However there is very remote and far away of any kind of external available shops or restaurants. There was no possibility to leave the facility without car or bike. I was not able to see any footpath or bike path in the area, I simply walked 12 km on the car roads to the next human settlement and back. 2. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. Pool was nice and big enough. 3. Breakfast is horrible for a 5 star facility. Very cheap salamis and sausages, no fresh fish, only salted supermarket cheap fish, very cheap olives and pastry. Just few fruits and most of the time empty bowls that were not replenished on time. Fruit jus was not fresh (they even admitted it when asked) and it had a strong taste of chemicals, absolutely not suitable for 5 stars facility. In order to get coffee it took a lot of time, the quality of coffee was very low. For 5 stars standards it was a bad joke paid with our money. 4. Dinner was bad and of poor quality. Meals were not warm, again cheap dishes that can be often found in a factory canteen. No lamb steaks or beef steaks, just some stews with very doubtful pieces of meat in them. No seafood, no roasted lamb, no Mediterranean fresh fish. Just frozen and fried tuna, salmon, cod, no dorado, no mullet, no local fish at all. Again poor quality vegetables without any taste, empty bowls everywhere. One evening there was oven cooked duck and it was finished after 30 minutes, on that occasion I witnessed customers arguing with the cook and telling him that such thing was unacceptable. The dessert was bad, no baklava no local tartes, just some bits of creamy mixtures, with taste of chemicals and doubtful origin, the natural taste could not be ascertained. 5. The lunch offer was very reduced, it was not a good feeling to see my son eating nothing and telling us that what they offered there we have at home and much better, so no interest. 6. Drinks were much more expensive than they were worth and the only source of water available in the entire compound was bottled water at the restaurant with 4 euro for 750 ml bottle. The feeling of being isolated and without access to drinking water is not very positive. We were at a 5 star facility not in a survival trip. 7. There will be no next time for me at that facility.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are extremely well trained and friendly. Thanks to Teodora from the front desk, she was very kind. The breakfast is very good and the wifi signal is also good. The spa is very nice with heated pools. Special thanks to Natasha and Konstantina for the great massages they gave us.

All the experience was amazing very clean and comfortable rooms,Also the thermal spa and body Trea**ent was perfect specially Mr.Panos have very good knowledge of his work.

The grounds are amazing. The staff is five-star, top-notch, respectful, helpful. The rooms are modern, clean, and very elegant. Take advantage of the Spa do yourself a favor treat yourself to a massage with Panos i’ve never felt so relaxed. The restaurants are amazing. The food is amazing. The view is breathtaking.

Firstly I have to thank Stefano who took care of our rooms , check in and check out ! We were a group of 10 ppl in all & he managed to please us all !!! He was super & made our stay very special ! Amazing resort ! Great for family ! Super kids club & their staff ! Beautiful sea ; very good facilities ! All food in every single restaurant was fantastic ! Boats to rent in marina and the water sports was very good also . If you go for a massage ask for Panos at the spa he’s the best .

This visit was our first trip to Greece and it began with arrival on the 18th, and at a different hotel (Alexander the Great beach hotel) that had me in tears at check in and literally I was ready to change my flight ticket home (which wasn’t until the 26th) and just leave and never return to Greece again. That hotel was a complete bait and switch of showing you one thing & at arrival was nothing even similar. Anyway, we searched on ********** and came across your property Miraggio, it looked gorgeous online but having just been tricked we drove to the property and once we saw it we immediately got back online, and prayed we would be able to book any room you may have available for the remainder of our week. We were so blessed and got room 5109, right next to the pool with a beautiful view of the property, and within great walking distance of anything you’d want to do. We then packed everything from the other place and came back to check in. Now, having spent the previous day crying and wishing to go home…we pull in and are greeted with hello and a smile, the guard confirmed our names and advised us to drive to front door for check in. Off we went, they flagged us down and opened the car doors, greeting us with smiles and welcome…we were literally shocked at the amazing friendliness. We then walked in the door where Katerina greeted us, asked us to please have a seat and could she bring a drink?! I almost cried again from happiness that she was so kind and welcoming EXACTLY when we needed it. She made checking in the simplest of tasks and walked us to our room, explaining where we could find shops, breakfast, the restaurants. She is a gem in your resort, hang on to her at all costs. She also continued to interact and check on us throughout the week. On to the next few days and people, we are creatures of habit and once we find a restaurant we enjoy, that is where we are loyal to. After a day at the pool we thought let’s try the Oasis restaurant next to the pool, and we were definitely not disappointed. We enjoyed grilled chicken and potatoes every afternoon for our stay. As we were visiting the same place the servers and even manager began to recognize us and each time they remembered names, food and even drink orders. The servers that were so helpful and friendly each visit was Michalis and Savvas. On our final day the Manager George came out and said it had been a pleasure to speak to us each day and asked if he could give us a dessert tray as a going away gift. Which was one, very unexpected, and also amazingly good!! Restaurant staff such as these guys can make or break your place and they are 1000% making it. While I’m on the subject of restaurant interactions I will mention we stopped by Portofino one evening just to grab a take away pizza and were told it just to order through room service and would be no issue. I went back to the room and called to order but room service advised you had to eat in and couldn’t order. (T

I had a 9-day stay at Miraggio spa resort and I was extremely pleased with what I found there! Very prompt Reception and Concierge, especially Stella T, responded to any request. The a la carte restaurants of a high level, with a special quality and a superb taste of the food, with a small exception vis a vis the service at the Toroneo Restaurant. I also noticed an exceptional person at the Sommelier's Restaurant and at breakfast, named Eleftheria, whose service made you really feel like you were on vacation. I recommend. I will definitely come back!

Fantastic stay really nice views the rooms were really nice went for my birthday and they made the effort of making my birthday the best I had in a very long time.. the service was excellent id like to give a special mention to the masseuse Panos excellent service really took the time to make every second as comfortable as it could be highly recommend this hotel for your stay!
