I visited the resort with my family and stayed for slightly more than a week and here is what I can say about my experience: Great Welcome Spacious rooms Super clean common areas Helpful staff Great variety of restaurants Best spa facilities Sandy beach Amazing club zone Delicious cocktails and Top night entertainment with live music every night Truly 5* experience. My husband and I spent one week in the hotel. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The team at the hotel ensured everything was as we needed. It is a very welcoming place, absolutely spotlessly clean. We are expecting a baby in a few months. Having everything on location meant we did not have to move out of the hotel at all, there is a small shop, and a chemist for small purchases. We used the spa, both having messages, one prenatal. The therapists were extremely professional, Pannos and Natasha. There were two beautiful pools for swimming, one adults only, and the beach which was incredibly refreshing. There is a photographer on site which allowed us to get some beautiful photos (optional to purchase) to capture a very special holiday. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Greece. The hotel was exceptionally clean and every single staff member helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, there is an excellent range of evening meal options but opening times vary in early/low season. Pool facilities are wonderful with a sand beach located right beside giving two options every day.

Prefect accommodation. Everything was amazing and we had our life experience. Awesome rooms, awesome services. awesome food and awesome hospitality. We chose Duplex Suite with Private Pool. It was extraordinary. We recommend Miraggio Thermal Spa 100% !!!

Everything was perfect... i liked the room, jakuzzi, great room cleaning service, pools outside, spa pools inside, massage, people who worked there, food, restaurant etc. If you book you will be satisfied. I can guarentee that... GREAT CHOICE!

1. Facility is situated in a very beautiful natural area. However there is very remote and far away of any kind of external available shops or restaurants. There was no possibility to leave the facility without car or bike. I was not able to see any footpath or bike path in the area, I simply walked 12 km on the car roads to the next human settlement and back. 2. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. Pool was nice and big enough. 3. Breakfast is horrible for a 5 star facility. Very cheap salamis and sausages, no fresh fish, only salted supermarket cheap fish, very cheap olives and pastry. Just few fruits and most of the time empty bowls that were not replenished on time. Fruit jus was not fresh (they even admitted it when asked) and it had a strong taste of chemicals, absolutely not suitable for 5 stars facility. In order to get coffee it took a lot of time, the quality of coffee was very low. For 5 stars standards it was a bad joke paid with our money. 4. Dinner was bad and of poor quality. Meals were not warm, again cheap dishes that can be often found in a factory canteen. No lamb steaks or beef steaks, just some stews with very doubtful pieces of meat in them. No seafood, no roasted lamb, no Mediterranean fresh fish. Just frozen and fried tuna, salmon, cod, no dorado, no mullet, no local fish at all. Again poor quality vegetables without any taste, empty bowls everywhere. One evening there was oven cooked duck and it was finished after 30 minutes, on that occasion I witnessed customers arguing with the cook and telling him that such thing was unacceptable. The dessert was bad, no baklava no local tartes, just some bits of creamy mixtures, with taste of chemicals and doubtful origin, the natural taste could not be ascertained. 5. The lunch offer was very reduced, it was not a good feeling to see my son eating nothing and telling us that what they offered there we have at home and much better, so no interest. 6. Drinks were much more expensive than they were worth and the only source of water available in the entire compound was bottled water at the restaurant with 4 euro for 750 ml bottle. The feeling of being isolated and without access to drinking water is not very positive. We were at a 5 star facility not in a survival trip. 7. There will be no next time for me at that facility.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are extremely well trained and friendly. Thanks to Teodora from the front desk, she was very kind. The breakfast is very good and the wifi signal is also good. The spa is very nice with heated pools. Special thanks to Natasha and Konstantina for the great massages they gave us.

All the experience was amazing very clean and comfortable rooms,Also the thermal spa and body Treatment was perfect specially Mr.Panos have very good knowledge of his work.
