Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

I took my 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend fir a trip after her graduation! We met my friends who live near the Tideline. I absolutely loved the beach and staying right on the beach. It was breathtaking!!! The service was incredible! I really loved Dean, CJ, and Devon. Everyone was wonderful!!! I would definitely go back again. A week was not long enough for this beach bunny. HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY! I recently stayed at the Tideline Hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The room I was assigned had two locked doors through which I could hear my neighbors speaking all night, making it impossible to sleep. In the morning, the housekeeping team was incredibly noisy while cleaning the adjacent room, with constant banging on the doors and trash rustling. Light seeped through both doors, further disrupting my sleep. Despite informing the Concierge team about these issues, nothing was done until we complained again. We were eventually moved to another room without any doors, but this room had its own problems. The safe did not shut properly, the phone was non-functional, and the air conditioning unit made a loud banging noise every time it turned on and off. I tried to speak with a manager multiple times, but was always told they were not on-site. Since checking out, I've called the hotel multiple times over the past four days, and each time I'm told the manager is busy and will get back to me – which has not happened. The front desk team offered to reimburse me for taxes and resort fees, but this has not been processed. Additionally, the staff suggested we spend our entire Saturday checking different rooms, which was unprofessional and wasted a whole day of our trip. Overall, this stay was far below the standards expected from a reputable hotel. The lack of communication and resolution from the management was unacceptable. I am seeking a full refund for my stay and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company if this is not resolved promptly.

I stayed at Tideline Resort this past weekend in a partial ocean view room and had a wonderful time! The room was very upscale and comfortable, with stunning views. The Front Desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the calmness of the private beach, and also checked out the pool, which was very nice as well. the openness of the lobby and chic decor make it a great beach destination.

I was recently in Palm Beach for a charity event. I stayed at Tideline Palm Beach and it was fabulous! I was on my feet all day, but came back to the best sleep ever. The rooms are wonderful...the most comfortable bed and fluffiest pillows...and the Rain Shower in the bathroom is incredible. But the best part of the stay was the staff. From the check-in at reception to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant team, they were all incredibly friendly. And how could I forget the food...I could not decide between Brandons and Mizu menu, so Chef Gary created a combination that I will never forget. Even though I did not have time to enjoy the beautiful beach, I sat outside and enjoyed the waves at night! Truly a perfect stay. Oh and I recommend the corner room with a great double view!

My wife and I came down here for vacation from New York. There was a big blue boom lift in the middle of the lobby that was blocking the gym and spa, very tacky… Check in process was smooth, we were offered a glass of champagne by the nice brown lady at the front desk. She gave us suggestions on where to eat for dinner which was kind of her. The amenities is nice but I don’t get why we were charged a $50 resort fee everyday. Our views from the rooms were beautiful we just think they’re overtaxing, especially the restaurant.

This place is very unprofessional the manger BiBi yells at the front desk in front of the guest very rude , I ran into one of the girls breanna she was very respectful and nice the whole time we stayed, she helped us sort out our confusion. She does her job very well. The chefs are also very awesome and cook very well

The air conditioning unit doesn't work; it just makes extremely loud screeching noises, as if the compressor has burnt out. It is keeping me awake all night long.

Pictures online don’t match hotel. Do not stay here. The decor is terrible and they claim to have just had a renovation. Bugs in room, no hot water, unfriendly staff, murky water in outdoor areas in front of hotel.

Beautiful location but a lot of issues. My room had a great view of the ocean but windows were dirty. Door across the hall had towels stuffed at door in the hallway for 2 days so who knows what issue was there. Front desk staff had bad attitudes and not very helpful. My room was prepaid in advance but they tried to charge me again and claimed they had only received partial payment online despite proof of my email receipt. I had 1 night refunded but still waiting on second night refund over a week later. Do not stay here! Bad experience!
