Great Stay. Modern and stylish furniture, comfortable bed, and decent size room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was very central, in acstreet full of restaurants and nice cafes. Highly recommended

Currently staying for two night before heading to Magaluf for a few days. The room is spotlessly clean, well decorated and designed and no issues at all with noise. Pool on the roof, which we didn’t use because we didn’t get chance but looked great. Staff welcoming and full of local knowledge which was a god send and welcomed. Breakfast we are trying to get in the morning but I’m sure it will be great and local restaurants outside to cater for everyone’s needs. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend for future visits. Was going to stay at a different 5 star hotel but glad we booked this instead. Excellent hotel. Boutique, lovely decor, nice and small. Location is ideal. Just out of old town, but extremely walkable right down to the Cathedral. Minutes walk from Placa de Espanya, which is a real transport hub, housing the main bus and train station, also the heritage railway to Soller. The street outside is pedestrianised, and lined with bars, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Reception staff, Petra, and Alexandra are extremely welcoming and helpful. Pool and outside areas closed till next month. Checked them out and look amazing. Breakfast was good. Room size was good, well appointed, bathroom set up is great, great hanging space. Happily recommend to anyone.

Amazingly priced hotel in a good location. Me and my partner have stayed in Palma a couple of times and this has to be one of the best 4 star boutique hotels! In a quieter part of Palma too. The rooms are cleaned really well and quite spacious with a small balcony. Roof top pool area got lots of sun! Loved every minute of it and will definitely be back!

Location is quite good. The hotel is set on a pedestrian boulevard with restaurants lining the street. Its 7 minute walk from the entry to the beautiful centre area with winding narrow streets, churchs, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is modern, welcoming and staff friendly. Spotless clean with comfotable beds and small balconies overlooking the street. Top floor is sun terrace with small infinity pool, quiet and peaceful way to soak up the rays. Breakfast is continential style and you can order eggs of your choice. Good value accommodation. The hotel entrance is via the pedestrian street, the restaurant is easier to spot.

We were booked for may partners birthday and planned to come for 4 nights, non-refundable. Unfortunately we had to cancel first 2 nights. Hotel offered refund for 1 night but when we arrived, despite paying for the night before, we couldn’t check in as the room was not ready. I sent email to management and the answer I got: “I do not really get you mention you could not get an early check-in when 11:30 is way earlier than the 15:00 check-in time.” Yes, it would be if we didn’t pay for the night before. We didn’t get the rose petals nor bottle of cava in the room. The point of ordering it in advance is to have it waiting in the room, not to go downstairs to ask for it. Otherwise I could just order it from the bar. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful but they are straggling with maintenance of reception and breakfast area, cleaning rooms after big groups, our was cleaned at 4pm after we requested, so quite late. Also, bare in mind there may be some cockroaches in the room, we had 2, the management explained that “At this time of the year, the area sewages are normally disinfected by the city hall and therefore we always have a very few of them finding their way out of the streets. I can however assure you that it was a one-off in your room. It probably came through the terrace and not from our facilities”. So few of them in the room may happen. The terrace with spa bath is great, good size and nicely private, but if having the balcony means cockroaches in the rooms than I pass.

This hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants on the same street or you can walk to the center for some shopping and other great restaurants. Walking distance to the transit terminal and from there you can visit many great locations. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed. Our rooms were great and beds were very comfortable. Good size room and very clean every time we returned back to our rooms. We left very early in the morning and a taxi was arranged for pickup to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff.
