I loved the Hotel Born. This hotel has a very traditional, old world feel in the best way. You can feel the history. The courtyard is absolutely magical. The room was comfortable and lovely with shutters looking into the courtyard. The location is perfect -- down a narrow side street with several high-end hotels and fun restaurants as neighbors. This hotel is relatively reasonably priced and a great value. You feel like you are staying in a Mallorcan palace. To the owners, please don't change a thing -- you have a true gem and I hope you will keep the Hotel Born just as it is!

This gem of a hotel is hidden from view from the narrow street it’s located on. Even though it’s in THE center of Palma it’s an oasis once you enter this charming Mallorcan villa. It combines the authentic charm of Mallorcan architecture and the chic modern comfort.

Fantastic old charming hotel in the middle of Palma full of character and charm.Very comfortable rooms very clean and a lovely atmosphere the breakfast was excellent as is the location . The hotel is surrounded by many high quality restaurants all in walking distance.

Great location in Old Town right off the main boulevard. Plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. No elevator but we were thankfully on the first floor. The room was small but clean, overlooking the courtyard, with espresso and water. The bed was two twins together but were comfortable and we slept well! The staff were all very helpful about exchanging money, restaurant recommendations, and bar recommendations. Breakfast was diverse and delicious served from 8-11. Checkout was noon which is later than the US and nice. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is the room looked bigger online (I think there should be pictures of the exact room you are getting.

We have just returned from a holiday in Majorca, where we spent 3 nights at the Hotel Born. This hotel has the friendliest staff, beautiful bedrooms and great elegance and character. It is situated in the best part of Palma, with a short walk to the sea, and Cathedral, etc., near a tree lined avenue. It's situation is so secluded , set in a historic mansion where the lobby is the original courtyard. Breakfast is full of delicious pastries, fruit, breads,hams cheeses...everything! The hotel sparkles and if we return we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you to all the staff. .

Conveniently placed in Palma with a lovely courtyard bar. Helpful staff 24 hours a day, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Room adequate with good bathroom facilities and excellent towels!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location right in the centre of Palma. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the room very spacious and spotlesslyclean. The courtyard bar and restaurant was a lovely place to have breakfast and have an evening meal. There was a great choice of food at breakfast. Couldn't fault it.

Great stay. Changed hotel in last minute due to some problems at another hotel by Born Hotel. Wonderul service. We got the last standard room. Super fine, with fine service from the receptionists who welcomed us so fine. Thanks!☀️ The Hotel is four stared. Maybe because of the facilities and sorroundings which are awesome. It’s a part of an old palace and you can still feel and see that. Beautiful building and architecture. Our room was big, a little dark, but nevertheless super fine. Maybe a little wasted and maybe it needs some maintenance overall. Also the hotels walls and so needs some maintenance to for me live up to four stars. But again we were happy for the stay. Decent breakfast (the worker girl/women at the breakfast didn’t want to smile that often - little weird?), fine rooms, lovely service and yeah perfectly sorrounded in the middle of Palma and just 100 meters from one of the best tapas places in town, La Bodeguilla.☀️

A charming small hotel in the heart of the city with excellent customer service. The room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and all of the staff offered a truly warm welcome. Breakfast options were varied and fresh and service was exemplary. We stayed for an overnight stopover but wouldn't hesitate to choose Hotel Born again for a longer stay in Palma
