Picked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat And very friendlyand helpful staff We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍

Just back from a few days in Palma. Hotel is in good location, easy walk to port area and Old Town, also bus stop for public transport very close by too. Short bus ride to lovely beach area. Wonderful art works throughout the hotel, even the outside of the building is a work of art ! Rooms spacious and clean, good selection for breakfast and regularly topped up. All reception staff very friendly and helpful, especially Pilar. Lovely bar area, shaded if required and heaters available if needed, all staff here very helpful and friendly too. Altogether a great hotel and would highly recommend a stay here. Pals, Dublin

This hotel was very unfair to me after spending so much money there. me and my girlfriend came to the country For the first time and we got separated, I paid for her to stay at the hotel to make sure she was safe because she had no place to stay and she ran out of money. The hotel would not give me the courtesy to Let me know if she made it safely because the reservation wasn’t in my name. they would not give me that information to know that she arrived safely. Do not stay at this hotel they don’t have the common courtesy of helping families if there is a problem, especially if your foreigner who lost a loved one.

What a wonderful quirky place, every turn opens up a new piece of artwork, some paintings, some abstract and some statement pieces. The hotel also boasts a full swimming pool, steam room, sauna etc and a small gym. Service is excellent and the food is varied and plentiful. We stayed for 5 days and found nothing to dislike. It is a bit of a walk into the centre and you can certainly get your steps in :) All in all a great place to stay if you want something slightly different and after staying here I now find most hotels slightly boring :)

Compliments to the hotel staff, who were all consistently friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping even bent over backwards to help us fix a zipper hook. While the building has seen better days (broken faucets, loose ledges etc.), we felt very much at home. It is conveniently located close to the center (a 25-minute stroll away) with good parking opportunities and lots of dining areas closeby. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and the breakfast had a great variety of choices that changed daily. Only the coffee from the machine (with what tasted like artificial milk) was a bit of a let down, but it was possible to have it black with real milk from the buffet. The hotel also has a nice concept of supporting local artists so you'll be able to enjoy all kinds of artwork in every nook and cranny as well as featured artists in the hotel's own Art Galleries.

Fantastic. On all levels. Was here for 4 weeks, from mid Sept to mid Oct, so a good chance to get to know the place. Great room (203), very clean, bed and pillows very comfy. Staff incredibly helpful on all levels, food delicious and not really overly expensive, this place definitely became "home away from home". If you keep the balcony door closed at night, it's soundproof and really quiet, even though my room faced the street. The occassonal guest making noise in the hallway is rare. Rooftop pool is not really for swimming but great to cool of on hot days (and it was hot while I was there) while indoor thermal area is very well kept and nice. Will definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to go back to Mallorca. HIghly recommend.

No such thing as a double room Paid for a double room Got 2 single beds pushed together with 2 sets of single sheets - not what we paid for-reception did not want to know. Spent all week smelling the **** being smoked by the rooms next door. Do not sell people a double room when in reality it is 2 single beds

This hotel is fantastic. We got there early and were able to drop our luggage off before check-in. We were upgraded to a huge room with a sofa bed and big balcony with two sun beds on. The spa is free of charge for hotel guests, and has to be booked at reception. It has a pool, hot tub, water beds, steam room and Turkish bath, along with a splash bucket and two rain showers. We loved it, but you do have to share it with other hotel guests who may be in there at the same time. One thing to note is that the rooftop pool was closed on our visit, which may be the case for all off-peak months. The bar is lovely, with an outdoor area with two floors and an indoor area where breakfast and dinner are held. We had breakfast, which had a wide choice of foods and coffees/teas/juices, however no sausages. All the staff are friendly and speak good english, and all the facilities were great, and the hotel is nicely located nearby a supermarket (mercadona), the port front, and the poble espanol among other things. All in all a great stay.
