Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast! Really stylish design, perfect place to relax for a few days. Nice rooftop area with small pool - lovely views, great for an evening drink to watch the sunset! Highly recommend staying here

Very nice hotel at a great location. We were welcomed by the hotel crew with a glass of Cava on arrival! Perfect room with a fantastic view!

Hotel Basilica is a beautiful Hotel. The staff were extremely professional and gracious. Amazing breakfast! Just an amazing staff, especially the morning breakfast staff and afternoon/evening staff. I would definitely return!

We stayed for a week in October 2023 and were really pleased with the hotel. The staff are especially worth a mention as all of them are friendly and helpful. Well-placed for walking into the city centre.

Incredibly clean, super comfy, beautiful rooms and public areas. Staff spoke great English and were very friendly. Lovely location in old town. Nothing to fault and highly recommend. Small rooftop terrace and plunge pool an extra luxury.

The staff here are truly incredible people! Alex and Sol went out of there way to make sure we a great time and were comfortable during our stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, 10/10 for interior design! The staff were so friendly too, the hotel is in a great position right in the old town but not on an Uber busy street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a glass of champagne whilst we completed the paperwork. A full description of the facilities and services available was given before we made our way to our fantastic room.
The location was perfect, a short walk from all tourist attractions and shops / bars.
We had an excellent breakfast each morning of our stay with plenty to choose from, either hot or cold. The service was brilliant, nothing was too much effort.
On our departure day, we arrived back at the hotel soaked following torrential rainfall. They immediately provided towels and coffee which was a lovely touch.
I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Palma.
