Fergus Club Palmanova Park

had a week here with my boyfriend, the rooms are very clean and staff very polite and helpful throughout the stay. food is standard nothing special but for all inclusive can’t complain. always pizza and pastas out and the snack bar was a good addition too. the pool was big although had a steep drop in the middle but shallower ends also. sunbeds are comfy although sometimes hard to get due to people saving them with towels early morning, can imagine in peak summer this will be a right chore to get one. cannot fully comment on the entertainment but was very noisy and went on till 11pm some nights.

had a brilliant holiday with the family. yea it’s not a 4 star but 4 star abroad will never be so don’t be put off by this. it’s clean, staff are great, rooms are lovely and spacious and food is good, not the best but it’s all inclusive, your not in gordon ramseys place. would definitely recommend this place for the family. entertainment could do with a little help but other then that, have fun. don’t pick up on the little things or your doomed from the start. great little place and location. just enjoy yaself and don’t lookout for little cracks and unlevel skirting boards

Had a lovely stay here with my cousin her husband and mum.The weather was not great but the hotel was brilliant the staff did everything to make the break as best as could be with the weather.Food was good being as all inclusive and can be bit hit and miss with this but they did good.My cousin mum has onset dementia hence why we wanted to go away with her and staff were very good helping with this especially the bar staff at snack bar around the pool.They spoilt her made her feel comfortable even getting her a blanket when the weather got bit cold so she could enjoy the bar and pool area.

Booked last minute as was cheap and reviews were good! Location about 10 minutes walk from main resort. Rooms outstanding so clean and maids clean rooms every day from the outside hotel looks a bit dated. One main restaurant which is buffet is good sometimes not to temp but there was a microwave which sometimes I used to heat up! 2 pools main one has limited beds but loads around children pool. Snack bar served food during day but very limited bar is located in same place. The real downside of the hotel is the entertainment was really below par the young team did try best but let place down. Two big super market 5 min away and a massive Tedi ( like a B&M) so no need to pay over prices on the front. Hotel Staff are outstanding. Jet 2 rep really good knew the local area however did send us to a restaurant that was closed on a Tuesday! If you come when weather can be mixed then I would not recommend here as the one bars is outside beside an Irish bar which you have to pay for so you can end up being really cold. I would stay here again but only as a base and go out at night for entertainment.

Myself and my partner stayed here in April 2024 for a long weekend. It was our first time at this hotel (although we have previously stayed at Fergus Bermudas on the other side of Palma Nova) and so we were hoping it would be similar. We weren't disappointed! We found the hotel and the staff to be really lovely. The rooms were nice and clean, as were the pool areas and there were plenty of sunbeds/seats. We stayed all inclusive and there was plenty of choice at all meal times and there was no problem with getting drinks. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the pool and above reception. It could be noisy at times with the noise from people in reception if it was busy however, this wasn't a problem for us. **The only issue for me with the room is that the face sinks/basins are not in the bathroom but instead have been placed in the bedroom area and for someone like me, who has a colostomy/stoma, it's not the best** The hotel is only a short walk to the beach and beach front bars and restaurants etc. in Palma Nova - approximately 5-10mins walk. We would return to this hotel.

We had an excellent time staying at Fergus Club Palmanova Pros The hotel is generally well maintained and appears very similar to the photos. The receptionist staff were very welcoming, explained the hotel set up well and were very helpful. Location Though the hotel is not on the beach, it is within a short walking distance to a big range of bars, restaurants, entertainment and lovely beaches. Rooms The rooms were spacious and well kept, with large balconies. The wifi was free and reliable throughout the hotel. Facilities The two separate pools provided variety for the children. There was a gym, table tennis and an attached pub (we didn't use this). There is also a small playground but this seems to have been abandoned. Food/Beverages There was a wide range of food at breakfast, lunch (dinner) and dinner (tea). The bar also had a range of food available as well. There was plenty to keep most fussy eaters satisfied/full. The drinks were great and easy to get. I thought coffee machine in the bar was excellent. Cleanliness The hotel is kept clean. The staff work incredibly hard (in all areas) to keep the hotel clean and tidy. Staff All staff were friendly, professional and hard working. My youngest enjoyed the kids club on the days she used it Value Overall, our stay represented great value for what we got. Cons You have to put a deposit down for pool/beach towels. In other hotels, you sign the towels out with your room number and this is enough. I can understand why this is in place, but I prefer using a sign out option. Space for older children The hotel would benefit from developing some of its outside space for mini football pitch/basketball court for the older children. The gym The gym is in need of updating and would be better placed somewhere within the hotel as despite there being age restrictions, children wander in uncontested and mess around with the equipment (they are only being curious but playing with the bench press and heavy weights is likely to result in an injury sooner or later. Entertainment The entertainment was good but went on until 11 pm. This was too late for us with younger children, particularly when we had to get up before 9.30 breakfast cut off. We were in the inner courtyard so it was too noisy to sleep. Food I think some of the food (most was good) lacked in quality, but given what we paid, I can understand this. Also, some of the food was underdone for my liking (it was safe to eat). e.g. they usually put out two trays of bacon, both of which were underdone for my tastes. Perhaps, one tray could have been cooked for longer to suit others? Overall, I would recommend staying here. The staff were great. Really good hotel! Staff go out there way to make sure you are well looked after! Always good choice of food! Hotel is very clean! Was mine and my little boys birthday so they sang happy birthday on both dates and bought a cake out! Was a lovely touch! The cocktails on the all inclusive are lovely! Will definitely be back! We had an amazing week!

Beautiful hotel , well decorated and so clean! Perfect for families with young children as the entertainment was wonderful! Only down side from all of this was the food. I know evertone has their own taste but in our opinion it was very poor quality and often cold. The food is the only thing that would stop us booking again. Or at least I wouldn’t book all inclusive. But everything else about this hotel was amazing and you have a great team of staff who make the hotel a great place to stay in where you feel safe and welcome.

We previously stayed at the fergus styles which is amazing, had a baby since. This family friendly hotel know its cheaper but the noise is definitely not suitable for babies. Paid more for pool view room but its by the music that goes till 22:30 so no chance getting the baby to sleep. Which they don't let you know about.
