ICG is an Awsome hotel for the best of the hospitality in all areas of operation . special mention to Vivek pathiya - GENERAL MANAGER who leads the Team to provide the best o best Food for the soul and And loads of happiness in our stay for 2 nights and three days . Starting from the Front office team headed by ANUPAMA to the Food and berage Team headed by Harry and his team ...make sure the Food and service is world class .The food is a treat for the palette and a special mention to staff suvundu and jayanthi who were par excellence in their service . We had a one day conference and the Maintenance chief NILESH was just so good that he made sure the projector , audio system ,.Mike and The Air CONDITIONING was just too good ..ICG is a 3 star property with 5 star services ......there was a super feel good factor and it gave the feel of HOME SWEET HOME .. Love you guys ICF team most and more ...Dr Hemanth bhaskar - Brand ambassador NEW ERA WORLD WIDE ...

The stay was really comfortable and cozy. Rooms condition was good. Food was awesome. The restaurant "Spice" is provides you awesome food. I really appreciate the hosting of ICG. Specifically the property becomes really beautiful during the Monsoon.

Ambiance was very seren and soothing,staff was very courteous and helpful.Amazing food.Rooms were very nice with all the facilities.Every facilities like swimming pool, gym, recreation rooms were well maintained . Property was in harmony with nature with well maintained gardens.We had lovely time and like to visit it again and will definitely recommend it to ur friends and family

we had a business event for our employees, It was great experience and service was also good and food was tasty too, overall good experience. The Hall was clean and well maintained washroom. They also provide music system so was easy organize they helped us coordinate too.

The Club is very good with very responsive staff. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant food is very good. I would recommend it to anybody who wishes to have a cosy stay at North Goa at very reasonable price. Two points for improvement: 1. We stayed in Room No 117. There is some issue with its sewerage system and there is a lot of smell which fills the entire bathroom in the morning. This point had been given to the reception staff also. 2. The reception desk recommends a cab service by an operator named Roland. They should not recommend him because he is unreliable, has very poor customer response and doesn’t care about the club’s guests. Two of us had very painful moments when we were to catch our flights and he had promised taxis to us which never came. We both were able to somehow manage cabs at the last minute from elsewhere and avoided missing our flights.

I had my wedding festivities at ICG recently and it was amazing would be an understatement. The hospitality provided by Priti and her colleagues were top notch and my guests all enjoyed a comfortable and memorable stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. The food, the accommodation, the multiple venues and the hotel service were all amazing to say the least. Priti personally took extremely good care of my guests and ensured they had a comfortable stay. All the arrangements were done perfectly and they coordinated with our vendors perfectly. All in all it was an amazing experience and I’m glad I chose ICG to have my wedding. Special mention to Mrs. Anupama for so personally involved in the whole process. Thank you to the entire team of ICG. I cannot wait to come back.

Rooms are good staff is very cooperative. Food is decent Service in parties is poor Crockery is pathetic Cheffing dishes for parties is poor. Prices are reasonable. While our over all experience is good.. The entire management team is resistant to listen to customer request and upgrade. Reception ac not functioning. Guests were sweating while waiting for rooms. The general manager was not seen through out the function. He works from his office (NO ROUNDS) The two active and helpful people were Anupama and Harry. The Restaurant manager was also very cooperative. The property is in poor shape. Roofs are brocken not painted. Lack of top management involvement is very evident.

The premier rooms are at par with fortune/ trident rooms etc. Huge sprawling space, beautiful gardens and they went out of their way to help us host our family wedding here. Very very lovely. Old world club feel. Super helpful staff. Preeti was very attentive
