Hotel elevators door opening/closing and moving up/ down very much slow. We was check in dtd 15 april with in 2-3 hours room celling water linkage by drainage, AC outlet, pipping bad smelling and room due to linkage room floor like drainage/ river by dark water. In bathroom most of all taps and showers flowing very much slow. That out side bathroom door closed locked that door, must need to calling log for open it. Now that most of problems requested, informed, follow ups, registered complaint in writing, by email. Nobody promptly responsible for that all problems. Yes only promptly about booking payments, collecting money only for booking. No body interested about all that problems. Yes Gym at 7th floor, air-conditioned not working, and not install fan. Location of hotel Miramar very much interior, hotel cab charges very much higher than should be...Yes room charges higher than quality and nobody taken care about guests requests, problems. We are not on vacation for this kind of requesting, follow ups and not for complaining because we are on vacation for leisure not for difficulties suffered. The Fern Residency working one sided for problems.
