Worst trip experience ever. I paid the room in full online and only owed $70 upon arrival. Staff told me trip did not calculate the fees correctly then charged my card $300. It was a brand new debit card and never used so the clerk stole my card number and charged $635 at a Panama City beach Walmart. Staff was rude and room had roaches. I will never book with this hotel again.

The hotel was great, they gave me and my husband the wrong room key to someone else's room then they gave us the right room. But that was fine they were very friendly. And location was great right on the beach. And their lobby is open 24-7 that was great to know.

This property was recently renovated so the cleanliness and modern floors and furniture was nice. The room was great for the price, however the staff didn’t provide room service one time (during a 5 day stay). It was very under-equipped with towels, washcloths, TP, etc. The two BIGGEST problems though were 1) on day 1 the fire alarm went off during a hot shower I was taking. The staff proceeded to knock on my room and accuse me of smoking/vaping. Come to find out it happens all the time due to the shower at this hotel, according to the firemen who came minutes later. 2) the shower had no protection under the curtain, like no bathtub or water stopper. Water would quite literally run onto our floor and turn our bathroom into a swamp. Pretty gross but just wore bath shoes and solved that problem. Overall a good bang for a buck but if you want minimal issues pay the extra 30/night for somewhere else.

Located right on the beach, the view from the mini balcony was amazing.
Many food choices within walking distance.
I will definitely be back next year.
The mattresses were comfortable, but the bed, on it's frame, meant that when sitting on the bed, my 6' tall legs could not touch the floor. The single chair was also not very comfortable. Most staying here would spend more time at the pool or on the beach, but time constraints kept me more in my room.
The new, floating floor, are a nice look, but while I am sure they are swept after every visitor, they should have a sponge mop as well. Walking from the shower to get dressed should result in dirty feet. THIS IS A PROBLEM AT ALMOST EVERY PLACE, so is not ONLY directed here,

Don't stay on west end during spring break, the music was so loud you couldn't sleep until it shut down

We enjoyed our stay at this property because I don’t like a building with many many floors. Our room was situated a short walk from the parking lot! Very pleasant staff! Thank you!

Well cared for property. Beautiful pool. Not too crazy in this area but plenty of eating choices. Beach is perfect. Great spot for a one night stay.
