Location, location, location! Our Malama beach house is located on the fabulous Blue Water Bay resort. Directly off the Kapparis's Kennedy Avenue main strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away to give you real peace and quiet.
The stunning cobalt waters of Malama Beach are a 5 minute walk away and the famous Fireman's Beach is just a 10 minute walk.
The villa comfortably sleeps 4 in two well-appointed bedrooms. There is air conditioning in every room and super fast Wifi everywhere you need it.
Your private swimming pool is surrounded by a mature garden and there are plenty of areas to sunbathe and dine alfresco.
Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom has a glorious balcony overlooking the pool below.
The villa has fast, free Wifi installed. Hd Smart Tv ready, Netflix logged in and ready to go.
Every room has air conditioning, that works!
Check-in: Is From 3 pm and Check-out is at 12 noon.

You have private parking on the driveway available. A car is recommended to explore the area but not an absolute necessity as everything is so close.

Ps. We have a 42ft private yacht in Ayia Napa Marina called The Sans Souci. During the summer months, we often take it out for a day at sea. You are very welcome to join us! No charge, just bring a cool box and a towel. We can't guarantee a trip because we are limited by weather and availability etc, but if we can, we will. Not a commercial vessel, join us aboard as friends only.
