Agriturismo Terra e Lago d'Iseo Franciacorta

We have made several reservations for our trip that was supposed to start from 15-22 May 2023 Between Bergamo & Lago di Garda for a trip of 7 nights. Due to a serious mountain bike accident of my wife on Easter Sunday we have been obliged to cancel our trip as Claudine has been operated 3 times and will only be able to start walking as from June 1. Mrs. Giuliana Ledda, owner of Agriturismo Terra e Lago, where we were supposed to stay for the night of 21th May ( total amount paid for B&B on 26.01.2023), she refused to reimburse the amount or at least offer a voucher for the value of the stay, in order to rebook when Claudine will recover from her operation! We informed her straight away after the accident that we will not be able to travel. After a long telephone conversation on 10th April, nearly 6 weeks before our supposed stay she decided, without our approval, to re-open the reservation on the different on-line booking platforms....and our room had not been cancelled officially at all. This attitude is illegal and is a proof of a lack of commercial vision. The only mistake we made was to book the room by phone! The conversation with this lady was a nightmere, she didn't want to listen, she didn't have any empathy for the injuries of my wife, she became very rude over the telephone. Now we have cancelled without any problem our flight and our 5 nights hotel stays on the Lago di Garda and have been reimbursed for the total value of the trip, and will rebook as soon as possible. We love Italy and for sure we will rebook this trip in this beautiful region later in the year, but NEVER at Agriturismo Terra e Lago Paratico (BS)

Geweldige agriturismo. Super schoon en nette kamers. Ontbijt prima verzorgd. Klein terrasje voor de kamer. De eigenaresse gaf hele goede tips oa parkeren in bergamo en brescia. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg die je soms hoort. Kort bij Iseo en restaurantjes en andere bezienswaardigheden

Ottimo agriturismo ottima camera con letto e bagno 🛀 ben tenuti ottima colazione con prodotti locali tutto buono dalla marmellata al succo veramente buono giardino e il piccolo prove fuori dalla camera e proprietari gentilissimi veramente consigliato

Struttura molto ben curata, camera in perfetto ordine, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, pulita, con tutto il necessario Colazione compresa abbondante e con ottimi prodotti tipici Personale molto alla mano e disponibili. Lo consiglio se si vuole visitare la zona e si vuole pernottare qualche notte
