Location is unbeatable. Check in process was smooth. Room is small, few amenities and AC not functioning well. Breakfast is very good and good value for €15. Highly recommended.

Decent hotel in a great location, right opposite a metro station makes travelling around Paris very convenient.
Was awaken by the fire alarm on our last night due to the kitchen preparing breakfast, other than that all was good and great.

The location is right at the Gare L’Est. It is very convenient. You can go to a lot of tourist places without changing lines. The only drawbacks are the cleanliness. Sometimes there is hair in the towel. The carpets have some stains and grey. The best of all is the buffet breakfast. It is the most delicious breakfast among the hotels we stayed.

大家請注意，這是一家血坑的一家店，實在對不起假日酒店連鎖品牌口碑！
明明定的是雙人大床房，在沒有任何告知的情況下，入駐後卻給安排一個閣樓犄角旮旯的單人床房間，進入房間覺得不對，就聯繫了前台人員，他就問是否有動房間東西，合著意思是如果不小心動了就不給換了唄。。跟前台理論了一一下，他就給換了，但語氣很明顯就是揣着明白裝糊塗呢，故意晚上欺負外國人吧，以為不敢找他們。。
大家下次定，記得辦理入駐就確認下房型吧，別讓他們有機會瞎操作。。

The location is very strategic. It’s close to Gare de l’Est and metro station. There are many restaurants nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Convenient location just in front of the train station which connect to different train line. Room is rather small but clean. It’s a good stay overall

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur).
Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect.
Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out.
Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.
