컨시어지 서비스를 하시는 분들이 정말 친절하셨다. 특히 할아버지 직원분 최고.
에펠탑을 위해서 잡은 호텔이라 위치도 좋고 깔끔해서 만족스러웠다
조식도 간단하면서 맛있음

性價比極高 步行幾分鐘就能到巴黎鐵塔的酒店 算是周邊最便宜的 缺點是因為便宜所以入住的文太多 所以有事情找前台一般沒空搭理你

Superb location. Though the room we got didn’t have any view, but just outside the hotel you get to see the Eiffel Tower. It just can’t get any better! Train/ buses are all within walking distance. The breakfast spread was good too. Definitely worth the stay!

房間不大畢竟小巴黎寸土寸金。地理位置極好, 地鐵出來走路五分鐘很方便。前台很好服務到位，早餐豐富。總體滿意。

진짜 amazing paris. 솔직히 저는 혼자가는 거라서 제일 중요하게 생각한 것은 돈보다는 치안, 그리고 에펠탑과 얼마나 가까이 있는가였습니다.
정말 많이 알아봤고, 비싸더라도 예약을 했는데 호텔에 가서도 시티택스를 내야 했지만, 정말 돈이 하나도 아깝지 않았습니다.
리셉션의 직원들은 정말 친절했고, 프랑스어를 할 수 없는 저를 배려해주는 게 느껴졌습니다.
또한, 에펠탑을 보게 해달라고 요청한 만큼 제 요청사항을 들어주기 위해 최대한 노력해주신게 느껴졌고,
다행히 무섭지 않게 새벽 1시에도 화이트 에펠을 방에서 볼 수 있었습니다.
저는 오를리 공항을 이용했기에, 택시타고 호텔까지 큰 비용도, 오랜 시간도 걸리지 않고 잘 이동할 수 있었습니다.
또한, 호텔이 치안이 좋은 구에 위치하고 있고, 에펠탑과 지하철이 인접해 있기 때문에 이동하기에 편리했습니다.
다시 파리에 머문다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶을 정도로 청소도 잘 해주시고,
구비되어있는 음료도 좋았고, 조식도 맛있었습니다.
무엇보다 가장 좋았던 건 호텔의 위치와 직원들의 친절함이었습니다.
다만 아쉬운 점은 어매니티에 칫솔이랑 치약이 포함되지 않고, 먼지가 꽤 많아 목이 건조해지기 쉽다는 점이었습니다.
하지만, 이것들은 문제가 되지 않을 만큼 완벽한 위치의 완벽한 숙소였습니다.
이 자리를 빌어, 저를 배려해주신 호텔 직원분들께 감사의 말씀을 전합니다.

Very disappointed!!!! Specially with the hotel staff. We waited 3 hours to get our room, the staff was rude and a bit disrespectful with my husband and I when we asked for how long more we would have to wait to get our room. The room was nothing special for the price. And they didn’t have the “do not disturb” sign, so one day we stayed in the room because I was feeling uncomfortable, and they came and knocked and tried to get in the room 7 times, even after my husband have told them that we would not leave the room.

Room with Eiffel Tower view, friendly and helpful staff. Taxi just line in front of the hotel and 6 min walk to train station. A lot of restaurants nearby.

What a disappointment for the high price paid - everything about the place was tenth-rate - parking, the sloth pace of the check-in staff (only one desk manned with a queue of 30 Americans waiting), the cramped oom with its lousy view, the mediocre breakfast buffet, the badly-trained wait staff, the surly concierge and the never-to-be-seen attended Guest Relations desk. Just one bright spot - the barman in the ground floor bar was an absolute gem.
Accor's standards have gone down precipitously in the past few years, to the point where it's a waste of time belonging to its guest program and a waste of money to stay at ANY of its hotel brands.
