Halı kirli. Banyo ayarı kullanıcı dostu değil. Kahvaltı güzel, çok taze. Personel iyi hizmetlerle dost canlısıdır. Konumu mükemmel.

6 gece kaldım ama oda kartı her gün otomatik olarak devre dışı bırakıldı!
otele döndüğümde oda kartı asansöre erişemedi veya asansöre erişemedi ancak odaya erişemedi.
Bu, kartımı yeniden aktif hale getirmek için her gün ön büroya gi**em gerektiği anlamına geliyordu!
Ertesi gün bir daha olmayacağına söz verdiler ama ben bunu 6 gün boyunca yaptım..... zamanımı boşa harcadım ve gerçekten uygun olmadı.
Konumu güvenli ve iyi, ABD Başkonsolosluğu ve yakınlarda birçok lüks marka var.

Over all great quality hotel with great service. Would definitely come back again. Only thing I would pick on was the room size but thats not only Sofitels problem in general what ai found all properties face the same issue so cant hold it against sofitel.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a little mix up with the room we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was awesome and the concierge was super helpful with dinner reservations etc. have stayed here before and plan to again. Would recommend.

如果一個五星酒店在10度8度的天沒有供暖是啥體驗，真的被我遇到，而且是索菲特，我反正是住完第二天直接感冒，而且窗關得緊緊的，設備跟不上其他都扯淡，第二天和前台投訴，反正態度是很誠懇，衹是問題已發生，設施很落後，前台服務倒是很熱情，也站在客人的角度去和我溝通，反正巴黎五星酒店真是一言難盡
