Located in the heart of the 9th district, this beautiful apartment has been decorated with an eye for detail, featuring well chosen art work and contemporary furniture. On the 4rd floor (with elevator), typical of Haussmmanian architecture, with its elegant wooden floor, high ceilings, mouldings, large fireplaces, big windows, it comprises a lobby, a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (that sleeps 2 adults), a dining table and chairs, a large bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen, a brand new bathroom with a big shower, a separate wc/powder room. Despite being located in one of the bobo hotspots of the city, it's very quiet at night, as the flat is overlooking private courtyards and not the street. The nearest Metro station (Anvers) is only 3 minutes away. Almost every tourist site can be reached walking (assuming you enjoy walking a bit). You can park nearby in a secure parking (fees apply). Keys will be handed to you directly at our apartment. Towels and bed linens are provided. No doubt this apartment will give you the ultimate Parisian experience! Situated in the upscale 9th arrondissement, it's particularly close to Montmartre (you can see the Sacrée Coeur from the street and the Moulin Rouge is 5 mn away), the musee du Louvre and the famous Opéra Garnier. There you can enjoy the shopper's mecca of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, among many others. The area is very busy with traditional food stores (boulangeries, charcuteries, boucheries, wine cellars,fromagers), fruit and veggie stores, organic food stores, trendy cafes and restaurants. The nearby theaters and museums (I strongly recommend the Musee National Gustave Moreau, a hidden gem of a museum, formerly the artist's home and studio, and the Musee de la vie Romantique, where you can enjoy tea in the little, old fashioned garden, away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets) make the whole neighbourhood very lively.
