Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a ground floor room which was a little dark. Train noise but we didn't mind that. Good for the price, convenient location.

Really good stay with the team at this hotel. Everyone very helpful and made our family feel very welcome. Could not fault hotel cleanliness and breakfast was really good ! Would return and recommend - great location in the 9th District and close to the Metro.

This was the worst hotel experience we ever had. The room was so uncomfortable that there was no space to move the shower so tiny l couldn’t bend to pick up the soap, no ventilation between the bedroom and the toilet. The elevator didn’t work for a long time, we experienced noise from other neighboring rooms all the time. Staff in the reception were not friendly at all.
The room and bathroom floors were so dirty that we could not walk bear foot, the bed was broken and we have photos to prove our comments. I don’t know how this terrible hotel has a 8.0 rating, it shouldn’t be more than 2.0.

The photographs of the property are completely different to the actual room. We were ground floor, the shower was just a wet room with a curtain which water leaked through on to the floor of the bedroom. The man we met on reception on our first few days was lovely very helpful and welcoming but that was the only good thing about it. The train or underground is so loud, the walls in the hotel are so thin you can hear people flush the toilet or run water. We were ground floor so had to leave our curtains shut at all times - very expensive for what it is, wouldn’t go back.
