Any room I’ve stayed in in Paris has been small, but this one ( 35) was definitely the smallest! It was fine for me, though it was billed as a double, but perhaps two people would be better advised to book a superior room. I certainly would not let it deter anyone from staying, as the bed was extremely comfortable, with good quality bed linen which was changed during my five night stay, bathroom was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I didn’t take breakfast, so can’t comment on that. I would certainly return to Le Regent.

My daugher and I stayed here for two nights in September, during the hottest weekend of the year in Europe. We had a lovely room with an amazing powerful shower and the air conditioning was an absolute godsend. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well so the heat outside didn't bother us. We had a lovely breakfast the next two mornings served in the dining room which looked out onto Rue Dauphine. The atmosphere was amazing in this area as it was the opening ceremony of the rugby world cup (we didn't know this when we booked) everyone was very friendly and we felt very safe. The staff at this hotel were so kind, friendly and helpful with our endless questions. We had the perfect weekend in the most perfect area of Paris. So much so that we have booked again! See you in September, and thank you, really looking forward to our return visit.

This is the best location for Paris! We loved the room and staff here as well. Great value with the splendid traditional French breakfast served to us each morning whilch included Crossaint au chocolait and coffee, tea, orange juice, baguette, and yogurts. We will definitely recommend it and return here next visit!

Talk about a room with a view! Le Regent has lovely rooms that provide the quintessential Left Bank experience. Appreciated the slightly early check in/availability, the walkability of the neighborhood, the many options for dining. Hotel is tucked away on a side street and a little tricky to find. Room was small (so was elevator); both typical for a European city, but as advertised. Great continental breakfast and lovely front desk staff. Would stay again)

This hotel is in a great little place in St Germain. I understand that boutique hotels can be small, but our double room was way too small for 2 people. We had to have our luggage sprawled the floor for 3-4 days and maneuver around it. The space around the toilet was so small you had to do your business sideways. The TV was not much larger than a computer monitor. If you want a classic Parisian hotel, then this is for you. But if you’re looking for a comfortable place to rest during your vacation then you may consider other spots. The staff were great and so is the location, but the amenities could definitely use an upgrade.

This hotel is well located. The hotel lobby is small, but nice, However, with the exception of the bathroom, our room and the hallways need a full refurbishment. The carpet was stained, the floors uneven. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating.

We used the hotel as our base for a memorable weekend in Paris. Really good position as a starting point for a lot of the best Paris has to offer. The hotel is quite small, and has a bit a bijou feel about it. Our room was small, but more than adequate. Very clean and well serviced. As we were only using the hotel as a base we didn’t need a spa or pool that other hotels nearby were offering. Fabulous cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, with a short walk to the Louvre and the river.

The room is small but very quiet and clean. The shower is fantastic. The bed is quite small and not so good, bending down in the middle.
The people at the reception are very kind and helpful.

This is my third stay at Le Regent and I’ve enjoyed three different rooms - all different in design and size but consistently clean and distinctly French in character which I love. Best of all this trip? The service and friendliness of staff!
