Hotel Amiot

Just back from a family trip to Disney, followed by a night at Hotel E.S.T.E with my daughter. Everything about it was just amazing - we arrived off the Metro right in front of the hotel (Gare De L'Est). Reception were warm and welcoming, and checked us in to the 7th floor. We got beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower and Basilica de Sacre Cour, took my breath away. We'd opted to have some private spa time (45mins) as part of our booking. It wasn't completely private in that they allow up to 6 people, but we had it completely to ourselves for half an hour, only joined by 2 lovely ladies for the last 15 mins. Robes and slippers were delivered to our room an hour before. There's a steam room, sauna and small hydro pool, it was lush. Our room was small but beautifully appointed - lots of sockets (6 I think), USB ports, gorgeous bathroom with rain shower, and a Samsung smart telly (meant I could project my phone and we could watch a movie on my Netflix in bed). We grabbed dinner at the Burger King over the road. Breakfast was so tasty - lots of choice and quality food - the bread had me back for more. We stored our bags for the day after check out and reception gave us the best directions to the Eiffel Tower using the metro (the metro is so efficient and easy to use). We popped back to grab our bags and change before heading to the airport, and stopped for dinner in the bistro next door to the hotel. Its a cool wee neighbourhood! My daughter had a burger and I got a hot dog - the waiter was a character, and it was a lovely spot to grab dinner before heading off. The whole experience had us both looking forward to our next trip - we will definitely be back!

The room was clean... Small and very hot.. air con not allowed to be used .... Couldn't sleep and was told to open windows but street was too loud.. so all in all an average experience. Disappointed for the price I paid. Fraser

Absolutely incredible and luxurious hotel. Everything from the SPA to the rooms is very clean. It has an excellent location, right in front of the metro and train station, but there is nothing you can hear from outside because it is very well isolated. The SPA is amazing and offers everything you need. The girls at reception are incredible, super friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend it!

Very nice hotel situated next to train station. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Not luxurious but clean, comfortable and modern. Would stay again.

Location is very good, 8 minute walk from Gare du Nord and basically next door to Gare de L’Est - entrance to the Metro is outside the hotel’s front door. Having said that, we heard very little noise throughout the night. Maybe a top floor room (with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur) helped a little. Breakfast was adequate, with a good selection, although somethings were present on some days, and not on others. Very clean and modern room, and no issues with the facilities. Welcoming and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early on our check in day and we were able to leave our luggage for the day until we could check in. The same for checking out. Our hotel room was clean, modern and very spacious (Room 107). We had a view of the main road. Gare De L'est entrance is quite literally as you walk out the hotel and Gare Du Nord is a short walk away. Although we mostly used Bolt throughout the visit, I wish we had used the Metro more because it was much simpler than we anticipated and Bolt wasn't always easy to get. The hotel is close to so many lovely restaurants / cafe's with friendly staff. Thank you Hotel ESTE for making a birthday trip a lovely experience and one to remember!

Just returned from a business trip to Paris. Chose Hotel Este because of it's location... across the street from Gare De L'Est and about a 9min walk to Gare De Nord. Was incredibly easy to get around. The hotel seems newly renovated, well decorated and very clean. Complimentary umbrella's to use right at the door came in handy. To enter the hotel you need to use your key. For the most part the area is safe but rowdy due to it's proximity to the train and subway stations. The staff was very helpful, bilingual and accommodating. Rooms are decently sized and there is storage space however if you just want to lay your luggage out it is almost impossible. Rooms have a safe. One thing I did not understand is why there are stairs between rooms on the floors? Would love someone to explain this to me lol. Not entirely sound proof but not bothersome either. One of the amenities I used was the spa (30 Euros for 45 Mins). Absolutely perfect... and I was fortunate to have it all to myself. The pool was great, spa and steam room perfect temperature and center room shower a nice touch. I would without a doubt stay here again.

This was a real treat. The hotel is very well located, with a metro stop at the entrance. The room was amazing and the bathroom extraordinary. The bed was very good but a bit small, both in length and width. I took a superior queen room so I expected a bigger bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, just a bit crowded, I had to wait sometime before a table became available. The guy at the reception provided me with a list of places to go out and helped me a lot. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Great staff, very pleasant and helpful with restaurant reservations. Super tiny rooms like cruise ship cabins with dangerous hard to see one step platforms leading to bathroom and bed area so not ideal for older person. Terrace is cute but you have to climb up to get out so not ideal for older person. Spa was nice but the fee and 45 min limit makes it not worth it. Small common area/lobby. Pictures are somewhat deceptive. Probably best for younger person traveling alone.
