Hotel Volney Opera

Reception staff are rude and impatient. They exhibited lack of professionalism and engaged in an altercation with me when I tried to ask questions about extending my stay by a couple more days. They actually told me to go somewhere else. They claimed that my card did not work for enable a preauthorization and that I had paid a low rate. When I suggested to swipe or give them cash, the lady receptionist did not want to do it. She kept saying we could try later. When the male receptionist came on the shift later in the day, he said I needed to pay cash and that they were fully booked and could not give me two more days before my departure as my schedule had changed. Even if they think they are fully booked, it is only because of the location and that people need somewhere to stay. Nothing professional in their conduct. I was booked for only one more extra night instead of the two that I had requested for the 17th of July. How unfortunate that I had to stand up for myself as they tried to make me feel unwelcome for them to even consider giving me an extra night upon my return from Italy. They need to calm down.

這次回法國辦事，順便旅遊，這個地理位置非常方便。走路5分鐘可以到達opera地鐵站，走15分鐘左右可以到達盧浮宮附近。opera這裏奶茶店很多，日韓料理豐富，如果需要購物，也很靠近老佛爺。 房間乾淨整潔，也很安靜。前台也非常和藹。是性價比非常高的選擇。

訂的房型看着是坡頂的 很驚喜給了正常房型 精緻乾淨 有浴缸 床品還不錯 除去小貴的價格 其他都很不錯 攜程客服真的不錯 處理問題及時 特別是在海外 法國和英語溝通困難的情況下 妥妥路轉粉

Great place. Central to most places of you don't mind walking. We came for a concert at l'olympia and it was perfect. There are lots of nice places to eat

Stayed on two separate occasions for work. Great location for good food and getting around Paris. I used the electric bikes and this made it great to get around

I enjoyed a one night stay at the hotel. My room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed two nights here. We arrived late on the Sunday evening but received a very warm welcome. Everyone we met across the three days was so friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable, the sliding bathroom door left a little gap, but that wasn't such a problem for a long married couple!😆 The only thing missing was a couple of black tea bags for the English! The hotel is very well situated, close to numerous metro lines, and walking distance to lots of places of interest. We would be very happy to stay here again.
