酒店很新，有設計感。房間蠻大（相對於歐洲酒店）設施非常新。早餐也不錯，是自助加單點。15樓的餐廳可以看到巴黎聖母院，蒙馬特高地，埃菲爾鐵塔可以在晚上看埃菲爾鐵塔亮燈和變燈。位置離在塞納河邊（看不到河）離西岱半島很近，到盧浮宮，老佛爺，埃菲爾鐵塔四五公里內。

We really enjoyed our stay at SO Paris.
Excellent central location, easy access to Metro and walkable to major landmarks including Bastille and Pantheon!
The hotel is brand new / renovated recently (2022) The room was spacious and had a lovely view towards the Bastille and surrounding historic buildings. Only nit is that the toilet is tiny and there's no towel rod in there. However the bathroom is nice and luxurious.
Staff was caring and attentive. Our concierge helped get us reservations at restaurants nearby and also gave great recommendations for where to go / restaurants that were vegetarian friendly.
We especially loved the boulangerie downstairs (They're not associated with the hotel, but their croissants were the best!)
I think the hotel can do a few things better to earn a 5* review though:
Breakfast options: While the view from the upstrairs restaurant is amazing, the breakfast options were not as great as we expected. The pastries and croissants in the buffet did not meet the bar we were expecting from a well known French brand like SO Paris. Nothing remarkable about the omelet and crepes as well. The corner boulangerie had some excellent pastries that we ended up going for everyday instead.

Not so great. I paid for a view room. At check in given a non-view room. I complained about it they told me the view room was just a title for a room??? What? They did move us to another room. Which had a little view. No mention of an upgrade or anything. So not happy with room. Hotel was new and nice. Restaurant and Bar very nice. The one saving grace was the considerers Julie. She helped us book things. Some of which didn't work out so great. But she tried.
After our departure, my girlfriend was missing a very expensive necklace. I called 4 times leaving messages. No return calls. Finally, I got hold of someone and they told me to send an E mail. I did. Got response 1 day later. Stating they spoke to house cleaning, and they said they didn't find necklace. So too bad. We feel it was taken off the nightstand. But can't prove it. So, all in all, not too happy with our stay .............

Wonderful panoramic view from the restaurant and bar on the 15th and 16th floors

Bed not too comfortable
In a 5-star hotel, dirty glasses in the room must be replaced, and if they are replaced, others must be left available

An amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. Tom at reception was so welcoming and helpful.
The location was perfect to take in all the tourist areas without being stuck in the middle of the noisy parts of the city.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
