Park Regency

The location is good. The room is clean. The service is also nice.

After reading the same reviews about the not so friendly gal at the check in counter, you'd think the owners would sorry that out . The evening lady was nothing but helpful. The am gal seemed super irritated I didn't know the license plate on the rental car , nor did I have the key with me. Even though the paper pass was in the car , there is a parking garage available and the property has " free parking" . Seems to me they'd get someone with a better attitude, especially over something so trivial. The attached hallway to the other unit has zero sound proofing , sounds like they're in your room with you . We also got a room facing the road, and luckily we aren't over weight , as you have to go in and out of the bedroom one at a time . No night stand on one side , and the side that does have one has no plug. There's a wood burning fireplace, but no wood or mention of where to purchase it . If you are a couple , I'd say there is enough room for two, if you have someone that needs to sleep on the pull out , you'd have very little room to move around. We will be gone most of the time we are here, but you can walk to a lot of places close by. Parking in close by , although make sure you have your license plate number on the paper that you filled out from the property or apparently the tow truck driver will come by and tow you 🫠.

the clerk at the desk was rude. we've stayed there every summer for 20 yrs, and we know they have nicer units. the last 3 times we've gone, she tells us there are no more nice units, and we end up w/a 1 bedroom unit so tiny it has no closet. my master bedroom at home is bigger than the entire 1 bedroom unit. its really gone down hill. it used to b a nice place to stay.

This resort was great. The people were so friendly. Nice room and well situated if you want to do some walking and biking.

At arrival I was extremely disappointed. We drove up to the property to see that it was located and attached to a busy plaza when we thought based, on photos. that it was located in a more rural mountain setting, At check in the front desk lady had little personality and checked us in on the first floor. The patio looked straight out to the road and the busy plaza across the street. We asked if there was a room available on another floor or if we could upgrade and we received an abrupt no, and we are full. which after staying there several days we could see was completely not true. It clearly was not full.. Room interiors were acceptable Clean and comfortable but no USB ports anywhere to be found for phone or watch charging. We also had to have maintenance immediately sent to the room as the kids bunk room had a window that was falling out and the shutters would not close to the interior walk way. They did come right away but they had to get on the bed to fix the window and should have requested new bedding be put on the bed. This was our very first trip to Utah coming from Florida and it would have been nice for someone in the hospitality business to show some hospitality. It was a no care attitude. The location is still very well located to everything Park City but definitely would have preferred to be in a more mountain location with more view. I can see roads and plazas every day in Florida. Didnt travel all the way to Park City Utah to see the same thing there.

We timeshared to the Park Regency and we could not have been happier with the property and staff. We experienced a medical emergency and they were very helpful and understanding.

Nice staff and facilities. Older buildings but kept up. Very nice music from the bar next door. Mostly a ski resort with good views of the ski slopes. Good hiking trails. Busy town with lots of bikers to watch out for.

The resort is older and first impressions were not great but the units were very clean and comfortable , they are a little dark inside and the window views in our unit were blocked so we couldn’t see much outside. I found the bed extremely comfortable, my sleep there was great. The location is good for all over the Park City area and easy to get into and out of. The hallways are covered but open to the outside air.

The place is not new, but well maintained. The shuttle service is great: jump from bed, and the shuttle drops you in the middle of the action. When you come back, the swimming pool and the hot tub are waiting to rejuvenate after the days effort. Grocerie shops, moovie rgwater and restraurants are within walking distance, or youcan use the shuttle if you sre tired. The Park City center is a romantic miners town wery well updated with all kind of shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars for everybody's taste. My wife and I are staying at Park Regency for teo weeks every ski seazon and we reslly enjoy it.
