"Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for."

"The location of this hotel is superb!
We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport.
It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby.
The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate."

"Great location, just around the corner of bus stops that brings you to basically anywhere in Victoria. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had to leave our bags with them before and after checking in/out, the hotel has a designated storage room to keep our belongings securely. Room is spacious with a mini bar and basic kitchen appliances (they have a microwave in the room!). Our room had a balcony with fascinating views. TV in both the living room area and inside the bedroom. Whole-body mirrored wardrobes are very useful too. The rooftop lounge allows you stunning views of the city of Victoria."

"I would like to share my experience at this hotel are clean, we manged to get free upgrade to suite.
The location is very convenient for accessing various tourist attractions. Directly across the street, you'll find ramen, Subway, Burger King, and several other dining options. It's just a 5-minute walk to Government Street and a shopping mall. The hotel offers a complimentary premium coffee and hot chocolate maker for guests.
Although breakfast is not included, you can enjoy delicious meals at The Ruby, a well-rated restaurant conveniently situated next to the lobby.
If you plan to cook, the nearest grocery Supermart, located 1.2 km away.
The Prime of Whale booking site is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
From Hotel to Swartz bay ferries terminal bus ride is 1hr, avoid 430pm to 6pm may takes up to 90mins to reach.
The butchart garden is about 45mins bus ride from our hotel bus stop 180m away from our hotel.

The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant.

CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

The pool was not specious but my daughter had fun with it.
They provided nice and honest service!
My daughter left her allowance on the shelf accidentally then a cleaning staff took it (of course) but
when she explained that it wasn’t tip, they returned it to her.
I was very touched by their response.
It’s located in front of a mall.
We will definitely be back this hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıMy friend and I were very impressed with the Arbutus Inn. It was a very clean hotel and was newly renovated. The renovations were very tasteful and our room was very nice. You could also tell that there were new beds. They were very comfortable and had a good design. I was especially impressed that there no ”smoke” smell in the rooms or in the hotel lobby. All in all it was a very good experience.

This was a theme throughout the stay: staff was always around and ready to help whenever needed! The hotel itself is exactly what the other reviews and images show; it is an old hotel with some minor cosmetic renovations. The hotel was clean, but it was a bit rough around the edges. For example, there was no usable AC in our room; instead, our room had a small oscillating fan sitting on the TV stand. The towel rack in the bathroom was literally ripped off the wall and hanging by a thread. Do not expect a luxury stay, but do expect kind staff and a great location.

Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.

The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
