"It’s a nice hotel close to the center of town. When I asked for help choosing a restaurant, however, the staff just said go out and find a restaurant, which is OK, but I just wanted a recommendation. The room was nice and fairly quiet though one of the air conditioners didn’t work properly. The sofa was a little dirty."

"辦理入住服務員全程冷麪孔，房間設施老舊，不隔音。一大早被街上的叫賣聲吵醒，wifi完全連不上。8:20到餐廳，空調沒有，問餐廳唯一的服務員説是空調壞了，待我們坐了一會他把空調打開了，而且運行正常。餐食品種少就不説了，關鍵所剩無幾。總之入住體驗非常不好。"

"First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished."

"設施：房間該有的都有，但是使用起來就很讓人頭疼了，浴室下水管道有問題，洗個澡（十分鐘不到），在浴室門關好的情況下，水全部漫出浴室外的地板上了，到處都是水很煩人 服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！ 説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！ 這就是服務態度，請大家謹慎選擇！"
