"This hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu."

前台小姐姐很温柔，大廳環境也喜歡。下午太熱了我們大人在一樓打麻將（入住就可以免費棋牌室）小朋友就可以坐大廳裏看電視，很放心。小朋友的衣服要一天一換，還可以免費自助洗衣，很方便。

"第二次入住了，這次選了娃娃的夢中情房滑梯房，真的是一進去房間就沒停下來過！
酒店環境沒得説，房間乾淨衞生，有很多寶寶設施，寶寶洗漱台，寶寶小馬桶，絕對親子酒店的天花板！就是偏僻了點喊外賣不方便。
酒店服務也是很讚的一點，擺渡車隨叫隨到，寶寶摔倒了酒店沒有生理鹽水，也是第一時間派人去買來（酒店如果能備點是最好的），寶寶玩水衣服濕了，酒店也可以提供免費烘乾服務，很贊！
酒店的娛樂絕對是特色，每天上午下午都有手工活動，晚上還有晚安故事會，其他時候可以逛萌寵樂園、小橙堡、小火車…酒店還有一個比較大的室外泳池，提供游泳圈、海洋球、水槍，小朋友根本玩不過來。

Train sounds from nearby freight trains will go through the night (train lovers may enjoy it hah)

"1、一羣社會青年放炮到凌晨一兩點，吵得受不了開窗看，放炮的人就在酒店門口，居然沒有一個工作人員阻攔。第二天本地人告訴我，這個位置就是當地公認放炮的地點，也不是什麼特殊的日子都能吵到凌晨，建議不是倒頭睡的人不要住這附近（科馬小鎮）
2、晚上10點左右洗澡，沒有熱水，打電話詢問被告知是鍋爐故障，要等到凌晨才有熱水，懷疑是當天入住的人太多，熱水用光了
3、床品睡了身上到處起紅疙瘩，癢得受不了
4、沒有配備護髮素，吹風機是一直按着按鍵才能出風，能理解是為了安全，但是按鍵真的超級難按，基本上吹五秒停一下，吹乾頭髮手指都按酸了
如果不是當天躺下身上起紅疙瘩發癢，急需洗澡緩解，但是沒有熱水被告知要等到凌晨，決定先睡覺又被放炮聲驚醒，難眠一夜第二天洗澡發現沒有護髮素吹風機還超級難用這些因素疊滿了，今天我都不可能寫這個差評，真的是非常糟糕的體驗"

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place.
Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.
In summary, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone craving silence, nature, and first-class service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
