"來到金堂出差，在攜程上挑選了評分較高的酒店後選擇的這家，沒想到體驗是真的非常不錯。首先在辦理入住前前台莉莉就提前給我打電話聯繫我幫我提前打開了空凋，並升級到了安靜的房間，還加了酒店微信給我發了準確的位置，有任何問題可以及時在微信上溝通，效率很高，服務上可以説是很細緻入微，考慮到了客人切身實際的需求。其次我到了酒店，因為出差時間長，行李較多，莉莉也非常熱心幫忙把行李送到房間，前台還提供了很多實用的免費小物品，細節上就讓人心情愉悦。幫我升級的房間安排的也非常棒，衞生也做得很到位，房間網速很OK，值得一讚是中央空調，每晚空調都是打開的，但是一點兒也不乾燥，而且效果很好。再一個就是早餐，色香味還是不錯的，看着很有食慾，蔬菜也很新鮮，每次必點的就是現包的抄手，味道不輸外面的早餐店，整體入住期間是非常滿意的，給我的出差之旅畫上一個圓滿的句號~"

"This hotel location is best for my work, only 10 minutes away from the factory that I need to work with at a very economical rate. Room is spacious with king bed & clean with daily room service. I like the convenience of having the breakfast that was included with my stay reservation. Although the staff did not speak English , with the help of Google translate I was able to communicate with them. They were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chengdu."

"The place was a little hard to find, so do follow up with their WeChat instructions. I love how it's so close to the old town and we can quickly walk there in less than 10 mins. "很有特色的滑梯親子房，小朋友都很喜歡，有男生版和粉色女生版兩種房間可選，男生版是有小車，女生版有搖搖馬，配色、軟裝以及滑梯都很符合小朋友喜好，上面還有一張小床但是比較悶，可以玩耍，住還是建議住下面大床，酒店有餐廳，早餐比較豐富，午餐晚餐可以在酒店餐廳點餐，味道還不錯，小朋友可以點意麪，大人也有炒菜。住店可以免費橘鄉遊玩，包括無動力設施+動力玩具（除小火車和卡丁車），摘橘子酒店有專門的園區，48元/一籃（送這個可愛的籃子），住一晚耍週末2天，玩樂會很豐富，成都周邊親子游可選"

"This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). "Beautiful accommodation set in a quaint and quiet ancient town. It was such a peaceful stay - we stayed 3 nights and didnt see any other guests until the last day! The reason for this though is that this place is far from everywhere else (except Tianfu Airport). Our kid loved the outdoor hot tub and would soak and play in it for hours. Service was among the best ever experienced - accommodating and friendly staff, super responsive on WeChat. They gave us a free tea service with sweet potatoes to roast on the patio and it was just the best! The staff really went above and beyond. Our bathroom had a tiny leak and they instantly offered a free room upgrade (which we were too lazy to go through with and they fixed it while we were out the next day anyway). This place is perfect if you love hot tubs and quiet quaint settings (and dont mind long car rides to get anywhere else!)"
