Very nice beautifully designed hotel which lies very central in Shuishe! We had a great and delicious breakfast every day and the people that cared for us were very nice! Also we had a beautiful balcony to sit on which was very nice

Most beautiful view I’ve ever had from a hotel room. Amazing buffet for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Hotel amenities are 11/10 - hotel provides daily bus ticket, map of the area, pillow choices, bike rental services, pool, public baths, and game area. Hotel is a conveniently a stop on the bus route. Gym is a bit lacking though (only yoga mats, treadmills, weights up to ~25kg, and one lat pulldown machine).

Book during weekday. My dad and mum was no feeling well and we requested earlier check-in . Our room was not ready yet, they switch us to four people room. Appreciate it, tqtq

Nice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

Really like the location and room lake view. The room is very clean, beds are big and comfortable. The balcony is my favourite place. However, the shower is open with no glass screens or curtains so water splashing everywhere on toilet and floor. And the breakfast is not so good, my son refused to go for the second morning because the food is not cooked deliciously and not much to choose from. My husband waited for the milk for coffee machine for a long time, it seems that staff is not familiar with what is supposed to do. The only things we like are the hot soy milk and the salad.

Not my first time to Sun Moon Lake. But my last time to this place. Do book the king room. We didnt realise and booked the queen. When we arrived and wanted to pay to upgrade, owner gave us a flat ”we are fully booked.” My room balcony faced the lake yes. Also faced a ton of trees so it wasnt a full view of the lake. No they were most certainly not full. There was a room available but they found it too troublesome. Do not lie to customers. Pillows are too soft. When I requested an extra pillow and explained, the owner was too lazy to walk 20 steps so she offered me the living room couch pillow UNDER HER BUTT ! How can anyone offer customers a butt pillow to sleep on, i will never understand. 😂 Path leading to bridge was wet and slippery from the rain. No issues for us. Lucky I did not bring my elderly parents this time round. No photos. I didn't bother. The only great thing was the bathtub. It was long and water pressure was fantastic. Will I return? Nope. I only booked here because my regular hotel was under reno.

When we booked the room, we booked for the standard room but the pictures of the bathroom were limited. Upon arrival, we found out we didn’t have a bath tub. To have a room with a tub, the front desk staff demanded we pay an additional $1000 TWD. Sure, no big deal. I’ll gladly accept under my credit card. She insisted it had to be paid in cash so she can pocket the money all for herself which I found it to be a sketchy. The upgrade was still nice, we stayed on the highest floor on mansion A so we had two floors and it was very spacious and quiet. We stayed for one night.  Pros: spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful Cons: staff is missing half the time. Double check the rooms clearly on multiple sites otherwise, your room might not be the same as you saw from the photos.

The hotel was nice, and clean. We booked it for it has hot spring tubs inside the rooms. We enjoyed it very much. We also liked the buffet dinner and the buffet breakfast. We had a good one night stay visiting Sun Moon Lake, as it's close to the pier side where the bike trail starts. We only stayed for one night so we didn't get to use their other facilities.

Location was nice, walking distance from Idashao Jetty. Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony) Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided) Services was great, very nice and kind to customers. Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well) Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.

The hotel is very near the drop off point and is located at an area with lots of restaurants and bike rental shops. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the parking lot and the lake. The room was so spacious and had its own jacuzzi and bathroom, which was a big plus. The free breakfast buffet was in another hotel nearby, but it was good as it's facing the lake. A total value for money!
