"太極島旁，黃河岸邊，一個小院，淡雅小樓，山水靜岸。 來劉家峽糾結很久住宿哪裡，最終選擇了你，沒有失望，而是超預期。 風景自不必説，飯後徒步黃河岸邊或太極島濕地。 酒店內也是低調奢華。房間大，設施新，小院舒適，乾濕分離。 前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，必須要説的。 院內循環播放懷舊歌曲。好像年輕了許多，哈哈。 來劉家峽，到山水靜岸，位置也在遊覽線路的中間，去劉家峽碼頭、向陽碼頭距離大體相當，去恐龍園之類也不遠，行程好規劃，也休閑。 建議從山水靜岸去向陽碼頭，遊炳靈寺及石林返回，第二天去往夏河時可稍微繞行黃洮交匯，再順路奔馳溝，行程順暢。"

"In its presence Hongrui Hotel reminds me of the Grand Hotel Amrsth in Amsterdam. Different colour, different era but it comes at you in a similar way. The staff are polite. One member of staff ran after me at 6..30 a.m. because I had forgotten my deposit. Another lady in the tourist office spoke excellent English and researched my ongoing transport without which I would given up my plan. She also found me a gluten free restaurant. The breakfast staff were professional. The bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment. But the artistic foyer begs a greater enlivening patronage (though this may have been the off season)"

"We would have given it double the number of points if that were possible. We were absolutely thrilled when we found the accommodation. We came by car and had to search a bit. Otherwise, the location on the lake is brilliant. We were treated very, very nicely, the absolutely delicious dinner was brought to our apartment, when it got cooler in the evening, we were brought wood for the fireplace, it was a really great stay. We would book here again anytime. Thank you very much for that."

"Very rude staff at the reception. We booked a room with AC, but they didn't have any in this huge, empty and atmosphereless hotel. Whe we complained about it they asked us to cancel the reservation and to look to another hotel, which we refused. We asked them to put 2 cooling fans in the room and to compensate us, but the refused. We had to wait 3 full hours(!) Sitting in the corridors floor(!) Only after Trip.com 's customer service (always very good and helpful) called the hotel's manager the problem was resolved. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL!"

這次出行選擇的酒店完全超出預期，從踏入大堂的那一刻就被圈粉！簡約大氣的裝修搭配柔和燈光，高天花板與精緻陳設透着低調質感，前台工作人員笑容滿面，辦理入住全程不到3分鐘，客房更是驚喜滿滿，空間寬敞明亮，佈局合理不擁擠。床墊柔軟有支撐，枕頭高度剛好，配上遮光效果絕佳的窗簾，讓我一夜好眠到天亮。房間衞生做到了無死角，床品潔白無污漬，從入住到退房，全程體驗都十分順暢，工作人員的專業素養和貼心服務讓人倍感温暖，性價比更是遠超預期。無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，這很值得選擇
