"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so very kind to me. They helped me find a place to eat, they gave me a free breakfast, and they brought me water and allowed me to rest and charge my phone in the foyer while I waited for my onward train. The room was pristine, kitted out with everything you might want. The bed was very comfortable and the waterfall shower was great. They provided all the toiletries and soaps which smelt lovely. The rooms have very convenient light switches and buttons for do not disturb etc which made me feel very comfortable in my room. The location is good too, right next to a lovely park with a pretty pagoda. The restaurant just outside is very tasty. Overall this hotel made my stay in Yumen a great one. "本來已經不想評價了。但新發生的一件事情，讓我想還是需要把客觀的經歷和體驗分享出來。從環境來講，外部環境還是很不錯的，一兩分鐘就能走到隔壁的公園。但是內在的設施頗為陳舊，衞生情況也不是很好，白色的毛巾肉眼可見的黑。服務非常的不專業。我們因為路況的原因，到酒店已經很晚了，前台沒有人，也沒看到提示怎麼找人，衹能大晚上的在大堂喊。辦了入住也沒告知哪裡吃早飯，幾點吃早飯。當時我問了一下早飯的時間。因為晚上到的太晚了，定了的鬧鐘也沒響，醒來，已經到了早飯的最晚時間，趕緊就沖下樓去問吃早飯的地方，告知在3樓，其實就在我們房間隔壁，到樓上，2個工作人員正在吃飯。告訴我們已經收掉了。讓我們明天早點來吃。定房的時候，沒早餐的房間當時價格是226，加兩份早餐的房間是272。我大概看了一下，衹比單獨售賣的早餐便宜一些。就嘗試着問，能不能退早餐券，被告知不能。畢竟是自己錯過了時間，這個結果是能接受的。但是7:30-8:40的早餐時間，比很多酒店都短，都早，這個也是我訂房時根本就不會留意的。早餐券上也沒有餐廳的位置。擦邊時間到，就已經收到乾乾淨淨，這些雖不愉快，但能接受。但是不告知入住客人餐廳位置和早餐時間，讓我覺得很不專業。中午12點之前我們就已經退房。下午5點多我入住另一家酒店的時候，被告知由於入住的上一家酒店沒有退出公安系統，導致他們這一邊無法錄入。我打電話回去這一問題才解決。這是住這麼多酒店第一次遇到，也是非常不專業的行為。入住體驗感很差。"

"What a fabulous hotel. The room was simple and elegant, spotlessly clean and has excellent facilities. I especially liked the large cups and very comfortable bed. The staff at reception were very welcoming and service first class. Breakfast too was a delight. Special mention mention must go to Wu Ming for all his assistance. The restaurant next door is also excellent - one of my best meals so far in China, kindly curated by Wu Ming. HanTing Hotels are so good; I am staying in another one tonight in a different city!"
