The villa is located 15 minutes away from the Old City. The location shall not stop you from living in this fantastic villa with great sea view and wonderful services from the team there! Highly recommended!

真的是一次超級超級棒的住宿體驗，老先生非常非常的好也很周到，地理位置也超級棒，沒有市區那麼擁堵，又很方便可以去市區和海灘；可惜沒有機會嚐到老爺爺家的燒烤了，期待下次還可以去，還住在這裏！棒！

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, a rain shower, heated floors, and eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, stopping by our room each evening to say hello and surprise us with chocolates—a charming touch! The mini bar offered good quality tea and coffee, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The overall atmosphere was classy, particularly in the bars and restaurants. I also appreciated the spa and swimming pool facilities for relaxation. Taking a walk along the coast next to the hotel was delightful, especially with the friendly cats wandering about. We discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby that added to our enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

Hôtel en fin de baie, le long de la promenade. Magnifique plage privée de l'hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse et aménagée de façon épurée avec beaucoup de goût.Personnel de chambre très efficace et professionnel. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié.Belle présentation.Mais où il manquait juste des jus de fruits frais. Le personnel au petit-déjeuner manquait d'attention et de vigilance envers la clientèle( assiette pas débarrassée, manque de réactivité pour la mise en place de nouvelle table,...) L'accueil à la réception manquait de professionnalisme pour un établissement 5 étoiles. Très bel espace bien-être (malheureusement sur tout au long du séjour de 7 nuits ni le bio sauna, ni le bain vapeur étaient en état de marche). Les espaces communs étaient majestueux et très propres.

房間不錯 有一個室外陽台 周邊設施很好 有室外泳池還挺大的 雖然不在老城區但是如果要是去老城 也可以乘坐公交六號線 是個不錯的體驗

Bu otel Eski Şehir'den oldukça uzakta olsa da bu hiç de fena bir şey değil. Yoğun kalabalıktan ve gürültüden uzakta olmaktan çok memnun kaldım ve bu harika tesisin sunduğu huzur, sükunet ve muhteşem deniz manzarasının tadını çıkardım. Nefes kesen panoramik gece ve gündüz manzaraları için, denize bakan bir oda için kesinlikle ekstra ücret ödemeye değer. Odam zarif bir şekilde dekore edilmiş ve çok rahattı; her şey için geniş bir alana sahipti, ancak bir bagaj rafı veya bagajlar için ayrılmış bir alan genel konforu büyük ölçüde artıracaktı. Personel genel olarak yardımsever ve kibardı; özellikle de çok sayıda müşteriyle ilgilenmesine rağmen her zaman neşeli ve enerjik olan Restoran Müdürü Matija'ya özellikle değinmek gerekir. Kahvaltı büfesi Avrupa standartlarına göre oldukça cömertti; akşam yemeği büfesi seçeneği de fazlasıyla yeterliydi ve kişi başı 35 Euro ile oldukça uygundu. Önceki yorumlarda da belirtildiği gibi, bir otobüs Babin Kuk bölgesini (Royal Ariston ve komşu kardeş otelleri Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm ve Neptun'ün bulunduğu yer) Eski Şehir'e bağlamaktadır. 40 Euro'luk Dubrovnik Şehir Kartı satın alırsanız, bu otobüs yolculuğunun bir günlük keyfini çıkarabilir ve şehir surlarına ve müzelerine erişim sağlayabilirsiniz. Bu tesisi yeterince tavsiye edemem ve tekrar gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyorum.

Oğlumla Dubrovnik'e harika bir gezi yaptık, ben güneş, kum ve deniz istiyordum ve o da taht oyunları istiyordu, bu yüzden bu oteli seçtik. Su sporları sunan plajın hemen üzerinde ve harika bir mağara barı da dahil olmak üzere barlara ve restoranlara yakın ve eski şehre sadece on beş dakikalık otobüs yolculuğu mesafesinde. Her iki dünyanın da en iyisi için mükemmel. Gördüğünüz gibi odanın muhteşem bir manzarası vardı. Mağara barından gelen müziğin gece yarısına kadar odadan duyulabildiğini ve denizin dalgalarının duyulduğunu belirtmekte fayda var.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
