"overall this is a nice hotel . however the location is far away from the city. the room n amenities are jaded. the sound proof is poor that we can hear the traffic on the street and music from the lounges. however the staff is helpful and well mannered"

"I booked for 2 rooms for family of 3. The room is next to each other but there is no connecting door. The hotel is not well maintained. Can see the toilet are yellowish. It’s more of a motel not hotel. The room is just nice for 2 with sufficient to put bag.
The staffs are excellent. They are friendly and approachable. Always there to assist. The meal at cafe also very nice. I had my bfast there. Overall, good experience."

They make the hotel run like clockwork.
There is an excellent Italian restaurant with beautiful authentic dishes.
As well, the Indonesian food is above par with some exciting stand out dishes; the duck, the beef rib (iga bakar) as well Lumpia and fish cakes.
Love the pool too.

The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

The location is great which is in the city center
The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small
And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big
But we got our room upgraded which was nice.
Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.

MMisafir Kullanıcı걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.
