"Rooms are big but they were dirty, dust at corners of rooms and doors. Stained carpet and bath tub, leaking shower and aircon was not cold until we reported then maintenance came to add freon.
Must wait hours for breakfast because not enough seats were available. And when its our time, food were not refilled. Pool are shared with Public. Not very convenience.
Staffs were friendly and helpful, location was good despite of the traffic around the area."

NNaddyaaisyaThe location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

They make the hotel run like clockwork.
There is an excellent Italian restaurant with beautiful authentic dishes.
As well, the Indonesian food is above par with some exciting stand out dishes; the duck, the beef rib (iga bakar) as well Lumpia and fish cakes.
Love the pool too.

The team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly answering all our queries via WhatsApp, which made the planning phase entirely stress-free. This proactive communication continued right up to D-Day, ensuring a smooth check-in process and setting a wonderful tone for our entire stay. It's this attention to detail and genuine care that truly makes a difference.During our stay, every single request we made was not only fulfilled but delivered with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. AAnonim KullanıcıEverything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly.
We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

The location is great which is in the city center
The awful thing of our stay was breakfast. Maybe because we stayed from Tuesday to Wednesday, they spread so thin with so many choices but none of them were good, the portion was so small
And not much of a protein, I would rather they have small selection for slow business days but the portion is big
But we got our room upgraded which was nice.
Overall had a good stay, just bad breakfast.

MMisafir Kullanıcı걸어서 5분 거리에 반둥회의 기념관과 아시아-아프리카 거리가 있어 반둥시내 관광하기에는 좋은 위치다. 내가 묵은 방은 넓어서 좋지만 원래 사진에 나와 있는 방이 아닌 것 같고 그 방보다 못한 것 같다. 광고 사진은 방안 창문이 왼편에 있는데 내가 묵은 방의 창문은 오른편에 있다.
