"Location is great too and nearby some good small restaurant. Staffs are friendly and good to inform somethings. Breakfasts menu is great too, trust me :). The closest train station is Solo Balapan but my train arrived in Purwosari and only took around 10-15 minutes by car to get there. Will go back to Solia hotel once I travel to Solo next time :) and dont worry if your flights or train schedule late than your check out time you can ask staffs to keep your luggage with them"

The hotel has rooms divided into 2 types, namely deluxe & superior types. Each room is designed in a modern & elegant way. If you're bored in your room, you can enjoy the atmosphere along Gatot Subroto Street where you'll be treated to a very wide view of the city of Solo. It's only 1km to the Klewer market for those of you who like collecting batik cloth Super8 Solo Hotel is located in a location close to Triwindu Market which is only 1km away for those of you who like collecting antiques Hotel Super8 Solo is the most appropriate place to stay in the middle of Solo city center
"The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early.
The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition.
But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all.
Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended..."

"The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream."

DDre88I recently visited Solo for a business trip and stayed at Moxy Solo. The hotel embraces a youthful theme, which is evident in its vibrant decor and atmosphere. While the hotel has a trendy appeal, I noticed that even in the higher room categories, some amenities were lacking, such as a minibar fridge and smart TV features. Despite the limited breakfast choices, the quality was quite premium, making it a delightful start to the day. The location of Moxy Solo is excellent, providing easy access to the city's attractions, which was convenient for my business engagements. The staff stood out for their enthusiastic service, always greeting me by name, which added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, Moxy Solo offered a unique experience that complemented my business visit to the city.

I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!

PS: One little note, I wish they provide plant base milk for a Lactose Intolerance person like me.
( even if it's not free but at least they provide some )

BBeebeebeelWhile it is a budget hotel, but the rooms are not as small as typical in that class, it includes a small table so possible to work or have a meal without sitting on the bed. Amenities are generous for this class, they provide toiletries and disposable slippers(!) all packed in one sealed pouch.
The rooms a re clean but showing a bit of it age, but the main grouche is the noise coming through the window which came from the indoor basketball court opposite.
High floor have a nice view overlooking Solo.

AAk RahmanThis is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. PLUS ONE for their free refill on drink water, coffee, and tea. Thus are very helpful that i dont need to bother myself to go out looking for groceries store at night.

A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
